The room was dirty. Had pee stains on floor by the toilet. Found finger nail on night stand.

The beds are typically comfortable and one of my favorite things about a Hampton Inn.

Stayed here for a conference - convenient, several options around the property, nice, courteous and helpful staff. Will stay here again when in the area.

After the first night, I did not get towels and trash liners for the second day (we stayed 6 nights), and when I got in at 10:30 pm, I had to go to the front desk, and I got them myself. Outside of that day, everything was better.

I had ants in my room. I let the staff know and they didn’t do anything. I was there 3 days and had to go to Kroger to buy any spray. When I asked them if anyone fixed the problem, they said yes. However all they did was remove the trash from my room.

Only thing i can suggest is to know what kind of different muffins were available. No one seemed to know which were which and im allergic to peanuts and needed to know if there were any with peanuts or peanut butter flavoring.

Room was nasty.. bedding wasn’t changed and the room smelled like straight mildew and bleach

We stopped while on a road trip to Indiana and decided to stop at the Whitehouse, TN Hampton. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great to be able to grab before we left. One of the kids ended up forgetting their headphones on the room after we had exited the room and staff was helpful in being able to get back in the room to get the headphones. Would stay again if nearby.

Staff was friendly, helpful, polite, respectful. Our room was not ready so she quickly changed us to another room. No wait. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Great amenities. Safe environment. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, nice pool and clean. Friendly front desk staff. The pool area was a little too hot but the pool water was refreshing.

Friendly staff. Newly updated look. Breakfast was delicious! The pool being salt water, not a fan.

Nice hotel. Shower head broken so only one setting. Water from shower not hot. Bathroom Sheetrock walls had a couple cracks. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.
