Best though, they had Dove: soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. It was really nice to use a good product instead of the normal watered down stuff.

It was a nice hotel. Although they didn’t keep up with everything. The faucets were loose and the same with the shower. Having said that… I would stay again. The breakfast was good.

The ladies that were in the breakfast area were very nice and kept the breakfast area nice. My bed (which was a king) was not comfortable very lumpy.

I only thing I can say bad was that the breakfast was cold.

Staff and location were great. The bed was very comfortable The TV remote in the room was dead but luckily I had a charger that fit. The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs were burnt to the bottom of the pan and were not hot when I ate at 7:00.

The parking spaces were a good size but the parking lot surface was bumpy. This was noticed while pushing the luggage chart to and from my car. The parking lot needs resurfacing. The landscaping was not overly appealing but was maintained. The elevator was somewhat small but worked adequately. The room was clean and spacious. I used the gym but it was on the small side for more than two. My head was close to the ceiling while using the treadmill. Overall, the staff was conscientious and professional. The breakfast and Costa coffee were great. Overall, this is an excellent facility and was a very good value. I would stay at this facility again if in the area.

I had her check several times and they had no empty rooms We found Comfort Inn and they had rooms. I am contacting Holiday Inn and entering a complaint . Thank you

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and the breakfast was great! Really loved the fried potatoes and eggs.
