So…we had to find another motel at midnight. Thank God for Quality Inn right beside them. For only $20 more, we had an absolutely fantastic room! It was spotless from top to bottom and smelled amazing! The beds and pillows were perfect, and I loved the sheets and comforters, extremely soft and luxurious, not too heavy, not too light, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The young lady at the desk was so polite and helpful, and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. From now on, we stay at the Quality Inn!

Pet friendly and good for the price and location.

I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead of having a walk-in shower with a seed in it, which would've been considered handicap accessible, this was not handicap accessible

Bed was horribly uncomfortable with a metal bar in the middle. AC did not work.

Quickness from the front and getting to my room

The rooms smelt terrible. The bathroom fans were covered in dust. We all left with our allergies all messed up. We will not recommend nor stay here again.

Parking lot have nice/middle class cars. Felt safe enough to not worry about leaving our luggage rack and bag on the car over night. Our room, could have used a deep clean. Vacuum vent and scrub crevices. Small things that would make a huge difference. Over all, for the price, no added fee for dogs, and the area, it was great. We will keep it in mind for the future. I hated everything plus there was cockroaches and they didn't do anything after telling staff. I spent all that money and they didn't do nothing. Like give me a discount or anything. I will be reporting that. Cockroach fell into my bed that is nasty I will be reporting this.

The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave inside the room.

The prices and location are awesome ? The floor in the room was dirty. It was like it hadn't been mopped in months. Our feet and white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floor. Was not impressed with that.

Bathroom was nice, looked like newly renovated. Location was great for what we wanted. Staff was very friendly The bed was not comfortable at all. We had a hard time sleeping. The floor was not clean. We spoke to someone who was great full I told him. They were clean when we got back.

Didn’t feel very safe Room was NoT clean or maintained Comforter had several stains NOT happy I changed hotels immediately
