Pool had edge near stair into pool breaking away from decking. Also dead bugs and debris in pool

The facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and I was placed in a room very conveniently located to the lobby and parking. The breakfast selection however is minimal at best.

It is convient and we like to stay here as it is 1/2 way to our destination. Accommodating to my handicap mother.

The breakfast was so basic and never changed at all during our four days there. They really need to add some hot items or even some hard boiled eggs or microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The fruit selection was nil. The same 7 or 8 apples sat in the bowl and looked like they were just going bad. There were no bananas, or oranges. It seemed like they were trying to save money on the breakfast options for sure. The hotel was very quiet. The pool was not always open and did have dirt on the bottom and bugs on the top. The towels were replaced but no new soap, so had to use the same little bar of soap for the four days, for four people. TV channels were excellent. The A/c worked well, even if a little loud. The value was good and the room was clean and spacious enough for all of us. Staff was helpful if you asked for something but not overly friendly or talkative, which is fine just don't expect a lot of greetings. The location is great-Cracker Barrel is just steps from the room.

I didn't have the breakfast, but the rooms seemed to be clean and nice. I wish we could of stayed another day. The fridge is nice sized, but missing a freezer. The bathroom is designed wrong. The toilet is almost up against the wall and the toilet paper is almost is basically in your lap. Even if you are a small person, it is really not nice. Nothing you can probably change, but it is not a good design. The wifi would not connect, which really sucked, even after calling the front desk.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We miss the eggs and protein

The mattress was comfortable. The toilet seat was not bolted down so when you sat down, it moved around. The bedspread and the mattress pad were dirty with visible stains. The room was dirty.

I was a little nervous booking a room at a Quality Inn from past experiences, not this same hotel. But we were driving home from Florida with a small dog and just needed a cheap place to sleep for the night. I am so glad we tried this Quality Inn! The room was really clean, fast easy check in and friendly staff. Very comfortable and safe area with lots of restaurants really close.

Perfect for our overnight purpose. Room was very clean, parking great. “Hot breakfast” was a little disappointing, but for the price we paid it was adequate.

Room smelled clean. Desk clerk was good. Worn, older looking facility. Bathroom toilet needed resealed with putty. Otherwise bathroom was clean. I had to obtain more shower gell at front desk as the dispenser was empty. The pool was in real need of repair. Concrete was broken near the steps which go into the water. Large chunks of the concrete pool edging were laying on the side of pool. Several of the broken pieces were on the pool bottom. Many dead insects in water. Breakfast was advertised as hot food which in reality was a waffle maker. You could make toast but I would not call it hot breakfast. Minimal but ok for a quick bite with cereal, apples, yougart, oat meal packets and mini muffin. Desk person was competant and cordial. Pretty inexpensive so it is a trade off. Cracker Bartell within walking distance which is nice.

Clean room, great location, staff not overly friendly. Breakfast was very lacking, pancakes, bread, cereal.

The room was clean but had a lingering Lysol smell. The property was nice. We didn’t use the pool but others were enjoying it. The top cover on the bed had some stains that were very apparent, which is the reasoning for the missing star for cleanliness. Otherwise good. Just needed somewhere to rest for a few hours. Did not stay overnight.

Clean n price Bath didn’t drain well. Rented week before for less. So differences for 2 weekends. But did book with 3rd party
