The Lodge was a stunning, classic Montana experience—beautifully maintained and with friendly staff. The lake view out of our first floor condo was perfect and we loved the accessibility to all amenities. The spa was wonderful, and food at both the Tiki and bar area was great! Highly recommend.

The lake and the amenities were dreamy!

We had the best time staying here! The hourly shuttle to and from Whitefish was a wonderful surprise!! Highly recommend!
-
The hotel offered several thoughtful extras that we really appreciated, including complimentary coffee early each morning, nightly s'mores, and complimentary Huckleberry champagne in the evenings. These little touches made our stay feel special. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean, the valet team was always kind and responsive, and the front desk was friendly, helpful, and always had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great place! Would stay again.

The room itself had worn carpet and chair and needed new lightbulbs. It was dark. The tiki bar was fun and food good. The Canoe House food was sub-par given its high prices. My broccoli tasted like wood smoke and the fish was dry. I would expect more fr $50-$60 dollar entrees.

Amazing staff! A lot of young man and women out to make sure you have an amazing guest experience. Whoever is hiring and training is doing a fantastic job. The facilities can use some updates and something on level two smells of sulfur. Otherwise a great location

The facility is extremely over rated and over priced The entire facility is very dark, the few lights in our room were very dim...we were grateful for a large window. The bathroom sink was not clean, there was a lot of filth around the rim of the undermount sink. The furnishings needed dusting and what you couldn't see in the dim light probably needed a thorough cleaning. They call it "on the lake", much to our surprise we were given a room across the street where there are no facilities other than a gym that was very basic, an uninviting indoor pool and absolutely no lake views. When we found out we had no lake view, we were told we had a nature reserve view, it was actually several trees masking the highway.

The location and the food The poolside was too small not enough chairs for people, slow service.

I picked the luxury room category with 1 kind bed and 1 queen bed. I did not realize that this was a single family home across the street from the Lodge. I was a bit sad at first to be so far from the action but by the end of our stay I loved the peace and quiet of the location. There were a bunch of kids at the Lodge and a very active marina & marina bar which was great for drinks and lunch but I'm glad we had our own space. But just be aware - there is no daily maid service and it's just like being in an Airbnb. These are homes that are owned by other people and therefore the hotel staff are not always familiar with how things work - like the fireplace or dishwasher which both had dead batteries in their remote. Overall we really enjoyed the area and hope to return some day.

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable with thoughtful amenities like a fireplace, iron and steamer, and the usual toiletries plus a shaving kit. The food in both the restaurant and room service was really good. We were also surprised that room service and the snacks in the room were so reasonably priced, which was really convenient. Wifi worked great, which was nice after spending a week in Glacier with no service. Location was also great - about a mile from downtown and only 20 minutes from the airport. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of some of the other amenities, but we were impressed with the the offerings like free canoe rental and shuttles to the airport, downtown Whitefish, and the rodeo in Columbia Falls. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and nice as well! We didn't have any complaints about our stay

We stayed here for 3 nights and felt welcome as soon as I checked in. Scott at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was great and had a huge deck. The attendant in the pool (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) was very polite and helpful, as was all of the servers around the pool. The pool can be a little loud with all of the families using it but wasn't too bad. The free s'mores every night was a nice little treat as well.

Location It is dingy and cramped and loud
