Located on the shore of Whitefish Lake, this Montana lodge features an award winning restaurant, a full service spa, and a gym. Along with free WiFi, all guest accommodations include a fireplace. With large windows offering views of the surrounding forest and lake, all spacious rooms at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake are comfortably furnished. Warmly decorated in wood, leather and plush linens, all rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable. Microwaves and mini refrigerators are also included. Lakeside suites are available. Offering a variety of treatments, The Spa at Whitefish Lake is located on-site at the hotel. Guests can enjoy a massage, body treatment, facials, and more. The relaxation lounge offers complimentary teas and fruit-infused water, and a steam room and hot tub are available for use on the day of the spa service. Motorized watercraft rentals are available at the property's marina, along with paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes. Waterskis, wakeboard, and tube rentals are also available. Serving dishes such as pan seared beef tenderloin tips and veal osso bucco, the Boat Club Restaurant offers signature martinis as well as their famous Boat Club chips. Guests can dine inside in front of a crackling fire or opt for deck side seating to enjoy a sunset along with their meal. The Boat Club Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Lodge at Whitefish Lake also offers Tiki Bar & Grill and Viking Falls Grill & Bar, both open seasonally. A coffee bar is also located on-site, offering grab-and-go options. Skiing is available at the Whitefish Mountain Resort 6 miles from the lodge. Glacier National Park is 35 miles away.

Our Viking Lodge room was clean and spacious. Nice shower in the room. We were there during not so great weather, but we still enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub outdoors. The indoor pool and hot tub looked great, but we wanted to catch some of that clean Montana air. A perfect, albeit expensive stopover on our way to Glacier National Park.

Very nice hotel with excellent bar and restaurant with live entertainment. Room was large and attractive and clean. Good bed and linens. Nice views of the lake from the main lodge. This is a luxury resort. Heating and AC in our room was not functioning when we checked in. They sent maintenance to work on it and it went from freezing to too hot, then back to freezing then too hot to sleep. We discovered that they had previous problems in this room but have apparently not been able to fix it yet.

Highly recommend this location. The staff at the Lodge were so lovely and the shuttle pickup our large group for a ride into town right from our door step, 2 nights in a row. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great room with fireplace and the staff was great. A little slow for check in but it was busy. Carpet needs replacing here and there but overall a great choice for Whitefish.

The Lodge was a stunning, classic Montana experience—beautifully maintained and with friendly staff. The lake view out of our first floor condo was perfect and we loved the accessibility to all amenities. The spa was wonderful, and food at both the Tiki and bar area was great! Highly recommend.
