I had a room right next to the hallway door, leading to the bar on the ground floor. People were talking loudly and slamming the door until about 130a. Then slamming the door again at 5a going to the park. I got a little less than 3 hours sleep. I asked if I could move and they said no, the ground level was for dogs unless none were available, so my dog and I enjoyed the privilege of paying more for a room that sounded like someone was coming in the hotel room about 200 times. If you book here do not get room 101 or 102. Get as far away from that door as possible, or on a higher floor.

Rooftop patio was really great.

This is our 4th stay here and it’s just as good now as our 1st visit. The staff was helpful and happy hour was a lot of fun.

Hotel was in a great location but the price didn't reflect the customer experience or quality of the rooms. After 15 minutes of waiting for the bartender to acknowledge us (bar wasn't busy at all), we gave up and walked away. The room itself had stains on the carpet and there is very little sound control between the rooms. You can hear every conversation next door and in the hallway. The amenities in the room were nice (Nespresso and good bath products). Overall, a fine hotel but not necessarily reflective of the price. It's a Marriott Courtyard with an elevated price tag.

Found dirty women’s underwear next to my bed stand.

Older hotel but very well maintained. Massive room, which was a plus. The rooftop was nice with the fire pits. Incredible location as you can just walk a block to the main shops and restaurants of Whitefish. Highly recommend.

I liked the location as it relates to downtown restaurants and shopping. The staff was nice. The room was clean when we checked in. However, after maid service the towels were not neatly placed and the pillows were randomly thrown on the bed. I did not like that it cost $3.00 for a 16 oz bottle of water in the room. Most hotels provide bottle water at turn down for free. Also, there was a glitch in their system at the time which kept charging my credit card which was resolved after I went to the front desk.

Property was nice overall. Very convenient location. Bed and pillows were mediocre. Shower glass and door seal were pretty dirty. For what the hotel room cost, it was just okay overall.

The towels in the bathroom had frays and had hair on them. As well as a pillow on the bed had someone’s hair

Great place to stop over, or stay a while, awesome downtown location!

Room could have been cleaned better and rooms/hotel overall is very dark, not great lighting. Staff was okay, not super knowledgeable about the area or helpful.
-
Great location. Gave us terrible room maybe because we booked through Expedia. Room shower had long black hair on shower wall!

For $600 USD/$900 CAD a night, the hotel did not meet expectations. Very limited staff - there was no staff to help with bags on check in at any time
