For $600 USD/$900 CAD a night, the hotel did not meet expectations. Very limited staff - there was no staff to help with bags on check in at any time

No one in the spa. Note on door said to email for an appointment. I did and never received a response. Bar was awesome. Greg is the best. Rooftop bar was amazing with awesome views. Dinner was good, convenient. Would return!

The bed was very comfortable - it was hard to get out of! The shower and water pressure were outstanding. The "optional" charges on my bill (that I did not see until after I left town). They are for the "Community Support Fund" and "Averill Foundation Contribution". I do not know what they are nor was I asked if I would like to contribute to these "optional" funds.

No cleaning of room simply placed new towels in bedroom we were out for 11 hours in glacier park and on return to our room as we left it Terrible service

Great location and the staff was friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. Nice snack options provided for the rooms. There are breakfast options, but not an extensive menu. Coffee was great! I'd recommend Huck's place for a breakfast option with a more extensive menu. It's a less than 5 minute drive away. Good hotel option for those going to visit Glacier National Park.

The property was in an excellent location- walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and has a nice modern mountain-ish decor. From an infrastructure perspective, the property felt like a well decorated Marriot courtyard type of hotel - nothing wrong with that but it didn’t feel like a luxury hotel with the level of amenities you would expect for a $400 a night cost. Even the lobby fireplace was off at 8pm and lobby quiet when we arrived. We would have liked an evening beverage but everything was shut down. Rooms were relatively small as well. Not sure i would stay again- feels overpriced.

The location is perfect! Right downtown. Hotel is dated and needs a good carpet cleaning but overall it was nice. I would go back if the price is under $300 per night. The rooftop hot tub was the best part!

Great location and property was clean and seemed to be either recently redone or new. Didn’t really use amenities so cannot comment.
