Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge

We wouldn’t stay here again. The staff mixed our reservation up with another group staying the night before in our room. It wasn’t handled professionally, and I was told I needed to call Expedia to fix it even though it was their mistake. Then despite paying through Expedia, I was charged for the room through the hotel too. They did refund me without issue when I called, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The credit card machine wouldn’t work and there was a leak while we were there that had staff stretched too thin. The room was standard and clean, but otherwise it wasn’t a great experience.

The property was in a perfect location.

The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities necessary. Breakfast service was excellent and the exercise facilities although small had all the basic for a brief workout. Would definitely stay here again.

When the hotel shuttle wasn’t available, they kept their promise, arranged alternative transportation, and even covered my cab expense. Their kindness, care, and genuine commitment to their guests truly made a difference. This is the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Thank you all for going the extra mile!

I liked the hot breakfast and the many options. I didn't like having to get my own toilet paper and tissues from the front desk. I didn't like having to get replacement towels from the front desk. I certainly didn't like paying $300 a night for this lower end hotel experience.

It was a quiet property, which I appreciated after a day of hiking, etc. The outdoor pool temperature was great and helped loosen me up after all the outdoor activities. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. I would stay there again.

We liked this property a lot. Convenient access to Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wish breakfast was served earlier so we could eat before an early morning hike.

Superb

It was exactly as I wanted with breakfast available and clean accommodations. Great location to downtown whitefish and about a 30 minute drive to west glacier entrance. Needs more parking! It was quite tight at times with maneuvering. That being said, I’d still stay there again!

loved the Montana feel of the lobby love the game room, pool and hot tub. The staff was a little rude, but beautiful hotel and we would stay there again

There was a shuttle and laundry room in addition to the other amenities that are standard in most hotels like pool, jacuzzi and breakfast . I also really appreciated their consideration and kindness in answering all my other questions as well.

The room was super nice. Breakfast was really good. There were several tour buses staying there so breakfast area was pretty crowded. It was still a quiet place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice area. The signage was a little bit hard to see.

Games room & breakfast was ok Room didn’t get cleaned in 3 days. Funky smell in room. Some of the reception staff were not that friendly. Every time we asked for something it was like we were a hindrance.
