The staff were all very warm and accommodating, they were usually busy cleaning, but still greeted us. There were no unanswered questions, and nothing but welcoming smiles and at least polite discussion. The manager was familiar (though we hadn't any problem) with who we were or where we were. She was friendly and efficient. The locality wasn't the greatest (a cluster of hotels). Our view was not at all exciting. That's the long and the short of our criticism. It was made up for by the spacious luxury of our suite.
