Washer broke down and I didn’t have time to dry it because I had to wait for the other washer. The heater/ac unit is right next to the bed and was very loud when it came on every 15 minutes. I got interrupted sleep

Although my arrival was late, the man at the front desk was very helpful and supportive. It made for a pleasant end of a bad night. The room was large and clean and a spare blanket was easy to access. I didn't make use of any amenities, but there were many available.

Location Night clerk was unfriendly. Day clerk was pleasant and helpful. I did not like two entrances to the room made me feel unsafe. No toiletries such as hand soap or lotion.

Breakfast, coffee, ice availability were excellent. Rooms were comfortable, refrigerator was helpful. Clogged/slow draining sink. Loud when other showers were running in nearby rooms.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast in the price of the room. I love the fact there are doors that lead directly to the outside so it is super easy to load and unload your stuff and not have to drag it half the length of a building to get it somewhere. Very very convenient location.

Bed was comfortable. Parking was great as we had a trailer with a motorcycle.

We love this location, near Glacier West entrance. The staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations for dinner locations. Loved the free breakfast, much more than continental breakfast.
