There was no pool and hot tub that was seen in the pictures durign my booking which was one of primary needs , overall not very satisfied with this property

We had a reason to leave two days early. We did get credit for one day which was good but two days credit would have been better

Biggest reason we booked this motel was for the ev charger that Expedia stated they had here. No, we didn't call the property to ask. They don't have an ev charger - I've let Expedia know to remove the ev charging from listing amenities. Not the property fault for this and they were v helpful to direct us to chargers about a mile down the road.

The linens smelled perfumey and had sand in the beds, the door was ajar when we arrived, the toilet barely flushed, the beds were worn out. Convenient location, friendly staff, but otherwise run down and unappealing. Good for a quick overnight stay only.

Nothing special, but everything was comfortable, nice and clean. Good breakfast.

Within walking distance to downtown Whitefish. There are a few grocery stores nearby and the area was fairly quiet.

It wasn't visibly dirty, yet it felt very not clean. The hallways & rooms were all dark and dreary. I woke up with a terrible headache from the smell in the room. Just not what I expected for a room at a Baymont. The only plus to this hotel was that both the late night & morning front desk staff was nice. Odd, but nice.

Informed the staff...a day later in a different room - same problem. It's an easy inexpensive fix. Simply clean the heater from dust and everyone's happy

They let me check in early and that the staff was awesome and it was comfortable Nothing I didn't like

Hotel did not at all look like what was on the website. Old hotel rooms old hair on toilet
