Chalet Motel Whitefish

STAY ELSEWHERE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! The woman running the front desk was friendly but unable to resolve the problems we encountered. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice strong one. Problem #1: The room was warm even though it was only 47 degrees outside. The air conditioning unit helped a little bit to cool down the room but did not make the room cool. It was also EXTREMELY LOUD. Problem #2: The television was unable to load the software necessary to use it. A staff member said that he would reboot the router to fix the problem. It improved for roughly 5 minutes and then failed to work again. We had no use of the television for the duration of our stay. Problem #3: The WiFi is so slow that it was the equivalent of having no WiFi. I’m serious when I say that it took 55 minutes for me to open, read, and send a simple response to one email. It was THAT slow. The property is also expensive-far, far, FAR more costly than the quality warrants. JUST STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Great little motel on the south side of Whitefish. I needed a late check-in, and that was no problem as they do contactless check-in. Only downside is I never got to meet the staff, so can't really give the staff a review, but I'm sure it would be a good one. I would be happy to stay there again.

Nothing much. Housekeepers were very nice. Very nice shower head. Terrible value. Old, tired, and some of the craftsmanship on decorating was pathetic. Absolutely no comfortable furniture in the place. Far too expensive. Rather than give you a good mattress they just put a memory foam pad on the bed. It was sad and tired.

No breakfast, but the artisan pizzeria on the property , mama ev, was the best pizza I have had in my life. Small menu but outstanding food. Nothing

This place was adorable. It felt like home.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Charlotte Inn. The place is charming, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect — quiet enough for relaxation, yet close to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fairly old in the tooth but comfortable large room. Reminiscent of an old fishing/hunting cabin. Expensive for what it is. Staff and owner are very pleasant and helpful.

The property management was extremely quick and prompt. Excellent.

Our check in was so easy! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable

Cons: had to call someone to get checked in and yes,they were annoyed. No coffee or any other perk. Room had a coffee maker and coffee but no filters. Was not worth the price.

Otherwise our room was generally okay. It’s an expensive place—far more costly than the quality of the room warrants.

I never got to stay women said they were closed am going to file complaint with MT state strong general for fraud.
