We loved this family friendly affordable spot close to downtown. It had lots of fun amenities (pool, hot tub, game room, bikes) for us to enjoy! Although the rooms were clean when we arrived, the daily cleaning service wasn’t great.

The property location was great as it was close to the downtown area. We enjoyed the pool and kayak rentals. The breakfast was good. We were very disappointed in the housekeeping. We had to ask 3 out our 6 day stay for our room to be cleaned and the front desk staff appeared to be annoyed that we asked. I didn’t feel we were making an unreasonable request. We had family staying on the same floor who had the same issues with the housekeeping.

Overall a great place! The breakfast was mediocre which is the only reason it’s not a 5/5 star rating.

Wasn’t cleaned everyday and we had to constantly ask for the room to be freshened. The location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again for the price compared to other, nicer hotels in the area.

Very pretty property on the river. Loved relaxing on our balcony overlooking the river. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Simple but great hotel. Amenities exceeded most typical roadside hotels. Beautiful views, pool and breakfast areas were perfect. Expedia lost our reservation, but the hotel was still able to accommodate.

Great location. Breakfast included. But we were very frustrated by the cleanliness/housekeeping services. Items were left in the room from prior guests. Additionally, even when we specifically requested (twice in one day) that housekeeping attend our room, it was not completed.

They need to upgrade the rooms and the breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruits. Lot’s to do but all the equipment is old and run down. Time for a face lift.

Breakfasts were very good. The thermostat in our room was set very low when we arrived. We increased the temperature to a more comfortable level, which lasted until about midnight, when the HVAC switched to heat and we could not get it back down to a more comfortable level after that.

Not clean, security issue with housekeeping leaving our door open two times, housekeeping manager questioned my integrity by calling me a liar. Slum Hotel.
