Everything was great

Nice room, sink in bathroom was partially clogged. No one on property most of the town.

Staff responsive to questions. Very good breakfast. Room was comfortable & cozy. Definitely would stay here again

The best was communication. I have received information from the property several times before arrival and got my questions answered right away. The worst was the dirty carpet in the room. It was just very dirty and old too. I would have rated it higher if not for that. There is no laundry on site.

We had no hot water the first day of our stay and limited hot water the second day. The room was very dark. Bathroom light bulbs were burnt out. The bed was so noisy you didn’t want to move. The pillows were like half full bags of cotton balls. The carpet was stained/dirty I had to wear my shoes the whole time in the room. The last night the door frame broke and the door popped free. Not a pleasant stay for the price.

Very old-fashioned place. Room is very outdated. The lighting is VERY dim and poor in the room. Cobwebs on the patio railings. Wifi was spotty. Breakfast was just ok. Bagels, granola, yogurt, fruits, hard-boiled eggs. On the plus side, the staff were helpful.

My family and I had stayed at this property many times over the years but after this recent stay I do see the negative change since the ownership flip. It's an older property that hasn't been kept up as it used to be, and everything is automated. The staff was responsive to questions via message, but for the amount you pay, the charm it once had isn't there or worth it anymore.

Stayed three nights. Breakfast is very good. Room was good but not exceptional. Needs for minor repairs and cleaning in our room and breakfast area. Wonderfully convenient to everything and a good stay overall

Great place to use as a base for trip to Glacier NP. Conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and health club.

We loved the rustic decorating. Having a balcony overlooking the river was amazing. It was absolutely gorgeous. We will return.

Beautiful quiet location sitting right next to Whitefish River. My husband and I stayed here for my 35th birthday and it was perfect! Jason, the owner, was so wonderful and accommodating. Even gave us some bear spray to borrow for our visit Glacier National Park! (Only 30 minutes away from the lodge.) We are definitely coming back and could not have been happier!! There is also self-check-in and I loved that!! Jason and the staff made it seamless for us!! I loved everything about this property.

It was great that they let us borrow some Bear spray, so we didn’t have to buy any, just returned it when we were done and didn’t see any bears in Glacier National Park!

The location was beautiful. The lodge was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well planned out. The room was amazing and the staff very friendly.

One of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had in a “hotel” atmosphere we were in the area to pick up a new puppy and our host even came and brought us some old towels in case of puppy accidents. In the morning there was a nice continental breakfast with a fire going in the lobby. The location of this place coupled with the view and the welcoming atmosphere made this a 10/10 for us, I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious room, fabulous bath, private deck and long hours to enjoy a lovely breakfast. Just a a delight.

Great host/manager

The location was great. Staff was excellent. The room for the price was awesome. Will stay again! Bathroom door would not shut. In room hot tub had some sticky spilled liquid. The tile around the tub was not swept. This won't keep me from staying again.
