Check-in is all self-serviced. There's a room map when you enter the lobby that's alphabetical, so know your room name before checking in to ensure it's easy to find. The room was clean. We enjoyed the balcony view and the wildlife we saw while there. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of books and games in the lobby. Staff was friendly and eager to help with anything to make our stay more enjoyable. What's unique about this property is there's plenty of privacy to get away from the crowds when needed.

The building is very old. The shower curtain was very dirty, with red discoloration at the bottom, and the bed made a squeaky noise whenever we turned over. We booked a “river view” room, but there was no view of the creek. Breakfast was good, but there were no hot food options. For over $200 per night, we expected better cleanliness, comfort, and some service.

The location and coffee were superb! The mattress and pillows need replacing. The room is in need of renovation as it is the same as it was 8 years ago.

Bed in my room was very soft and that resulted in having back pain. I needed up checking out early but ended up paying about $500 for one night due to booking with Expedia. Expedia customer service is useless and unable to help.

It's a contactless property, so they just text you a code and your room beforehand. No front desk hassle, which gives it more of a B&B vibe. The breakfast in the morning was also great. Huge balcony overlooking the river and we watched ducks finding dinner. I was traveling with my son and thought he would get a kick out of root beer waiting for him in the fridge. They did it no problem. He felt pretty special. The interactions I did have with the person working there were fantastic. Very personable and attentive. Our room was very clean. It has an old school Montana vibe that I loved and wish there were still more places like this. It's a little bit off the beaten path but still close to downtown. Very quiet at night which was appreciated after a long day exploring. If you're looking for a resort experience in the heart of the action, this probably isn't your jam.

Quiet and comfortable. Great views of the beautiful river running by the property. Property managers were very helpful. Nothing

This is a contactless check-in. They text you the alarm code to allow you to get in to both the house and the rooms. Our room looked beautiful, but the bed was horrible, every time you move the bed creaked. Air conditioner was not very cold, but we ran it even though it was a full night so that we didn’t hear the bed making noises every time we moved room was otherwise clean nice little balcony looking outside to the river.

This is an excellent location and great facility. Even though due to our schedule we could only stay for very short term but had one of the most comfortable stay throughout our whole trip. The entire inn feels very homey with a cozy common are; yet the rooms are separated enough that we felt it was appropriate for a hotel and did not need to have excessive interactions with other guests if we chose not to. The rooms were jn great conditions and the balcony was a plus! One thing especially want to note was the staff and communications. The staff went above and beyond for us in terms of communicating for our late arrival and early departure. They made sure we could have some breakfast food before hitting the road for a long drive and responds to texts request even at after hours to make sure we can have a comfortable stay and have everything we could need. We were very touched by how much they have done above and beyond our expectations, and the careful considerations they put into our stay, to ensure we have a safe and comfortable roadtrip. We would definitely recommend it to everyone to stay here in the future if given a chance and we would want to stay here again if we come around. Thank you to all the staff for all the great work!!! And good. The location especially made the place stand out - close to everything plus the river on the side.
