The air conditioner was acting up on us and our room was 80f . They offered to change our room after midnight realistically these units are over 30 yrs old but im charge high end charges. No fair and ruined our anniversary as never expected to have such expensive holiday but with out of date renovations. 1200.00 down the drain!

Resort had all the amenities, which was nice. But the rooms were dated. Our room was musty and the shower was moldy. However, the Nespresso machine in the room was a hit.
-
Older rooms. Comfy bed. Noisey a/c and bath exhaust fan

The lady who works as a front service agent, who is out front, greeting guests, organizing luggage and rooms for busses, is extremely rude. She really set the tone for the lodge. This is the hospitality industry. Why put someone with such a nasty disposition as the face of the organization, the first impression guests meet? No, I was not part of a bus trip. I was on a personal trip traveling by car and did not require any assistance from the front service agent. I did require assistance because the air conditioning was not working, and when I called the front desk, the very sweet, kind lady came up to my room and fixed the issue immediately. Kindness goes a long way.

Great location in Whitefish. Friendly staff and convenient shuttle
-
Loved our stay. Our room was clean and recently remodeled. Free shuttle to downtown Whitefish was greatly appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were under renovation when we were there. Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season
-
Rooms were quiet. Clean and well equipped. Would stay again.
-
We were disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. The property itself was nice, but the rooms were basic.
-
Unfortunately they only have one washer and one dryer
-
Really hoped there would be a Pool and jaccuzzi there but do know you are renovating.
-
Loft room is awesome - so spacious - rated amenities mid bc pool and hot tub was being renovated while there and we were really looking forward to using them.
-
The room was spacious and clean with good room facilities The staff were rude and unhelpful. Just checking you in seemed like too much effort for them.

Resort is currently under renovation, so couldn’t use pool. I am sure it will be very nice like the rest of the resort. Our room had been renovated and very nice. Lobby and patio are beautiful. Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get, but good in a pinch. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely return there.

Sat outside and had drinks and appetizers while waiting for our room. Room was dated - but other wise comfortable
-
Restaurant seemed to need reservations, so we went elsewhere for dinner. The hot tub, spa, and pool were not open.

Staff said we get our room by 3:30PM, then kept saying later and later. We were told the room wasn't cleaned, there wasn't enough staff, etc. Finally got into the room at 5:30PM with a raging migraine.
