Great stay I would recommend

Exquisite hotel!! Decor was awesome!! The rooms were stylish but comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when I come back home.

Hotel was clean and neat, very understaffed from the front desk to coffee bar and bar during busy times. We were refused the king room we booked and paid for they stated Expedia over booked their king rooms and made us take a room with two queens. There was no ice available, we had to go down to lobby to get ice.

The hotel was beautiful and our stay was wonderful! The staff were very friendly. It was in a perfect location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and other amenities were great! We ended our stay by eating brunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious!

We had an awful experience at this hotel with the staff especially and another guest. Access to our room was given to another guest who tried repeatedly to enter our room and then proceed to argue that we were in his room even though my 2 children and I had been there asleep for HOURS! When I reached out to the front desk to ask for help I was basically told they were too busy, no apology, no explanation, nothing. When I asked multiple times for management to contact me, I heard from absolutely no one. This is HUGE safety concern and had I not had our security latch engaged this man would have been successful entering our room during the middle of the night while my children and I were sleeping. I do carry protection while traveling with my children and I don't want to even think about what could/would have happened without the security latch being engaged and him fully entering our room. I am still leaving messages for someone to call me back but not holding my breath.

Staff at front desk were rude like they didn’t want to be there dressed sloppy

Very clean TV was not very cooperative. Breakfast was a bit of a bummer. Long wait when you order. They did not have some of the menu items available.

Excellent Hotel and Staff. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant there as well. The steaks we ordered were perfection. We’ll definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

I am very happy to stay at Delta Hotel.I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a plan to visit Wichita Falls
