Nice and clean hotel

Very clean, staff very kind and helpful

Only stayed one night. It was satisfactory.

Not safe. My son stayed here on a cross country trip and was approached by some unsavory people who were just hanging out making a drug deal in the parking lot. He was almost robbed until he ran inside. Do not recommend this place at all.

I quite literally would stay here again if I could’ve gotten a refund and left, I would’ve but unfortunately I couldn’t because then I wouldn’t have any worse to stay and I was visiting My Husband for the weekend since he’s at the Air Force Base but this place was absolutely terrible. Please do not book this hotel. I don’t even know why or how it got braided excellent to Expedia. That’s literally the only reason why I booked it that shower was stained with yellow stuff that would come off when you turn on the water it was disgusting and me and My Husband had to put a towel each time. We wanted to shower because we did not want to replace our feet on that. When I got into my room for the first time, the sheets were dirty. It was as if the housekeeping just came in and made the bed from the last booking disgusting. And again with the shower, it would clog up and it would not drain so we had to be literally in and out. It was so disgusting. The towels were stained one of them look like they had the blood and on the bedsheets that was like four droplets of blood, which was absolutely so gross. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to Shepherd Air Force Base but that’s it.

Breakfast was tasteless. Worst coffee I have ever had. I skipped breakfast on 2/3 days during my stay. Toilet seat was very small and low. Housekeeping came did not do a good job - bed was not made.

Breakfast was awesome! Outside presentation was good; could have used a little TLC . Onverall, great experience 👍

The location is very convenient, close to Lucy Park and Whataburger, with easy access from the freeway. There were no extra fees or unexpected charges. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was accommodating

Great little property. The elevator worked well, they only seemed to have one luggage cart, personnel were available ate the front desk as needed. The room was clean and a good refuge for our road-weary bodies. Great hot breakfast area, with plenty of room to move around, good selections, and seating for morning eating.

Bad stay it have cockroach in the room

Staff was great! Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Hallway carpets are really bad. Needs painting done. The room was good, but first impression was not really very good.

Overall good short stay. Beds were comfy and clean. Nothing fancy.

Disappointing

The room smelled like cigarettes and it was sooo stuffy as if they don’t maintain the filtration of the a/c. First room they gave the sheets were dirty so they were able to give me another room. The doors seem chipped on the sides so I was a tad concerned with safety. I didn’t really try the breakfast because I questioned the cleanliness initially. Bed was comfortable. Good location.

Breakfast was really good included sausage and cheese omelette. Some people said the place was dated but I found it just fine. Stay again
