Love staying here and everyone always ask if there is anything I need to please call the front desk. Lisa is the BEST and I wished I had lots of more Lisa's at all my check ins.

We checked in about 7 o’clock at night. The person that checked us in was not helpful at all— not about area restaurants not about why we were having a $20 charge put on the credit card for random things. The only thing she told me was that there was breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30. Any additional questions were not answered. We wanted a nice quiet place to spend the night. We were disappointed in the quality of the pillows, the lack of the wash cloths and the lack of information given when we checked in. For the amount we paid I do not believe it was worth it.

Location was great! Easy access to our softball fields and shopping. Property was well maintained and room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a nice plus.

Location to softball complex Staff rude. Room smelled like wet dogs. Overpriced. Cleaning staff came and sprayed air freshener to cover smell. Came out of room laughing at us speaking in Spanish rudely about us. My wife speaks Spanish. They should be fired for what they called us. Asked to be moved said property was booked. Never again.

We had a plan event for female riders a year in advance. We had no running water for over 6 hours. We couldn’t flush, wash our hands or anything after riding hours away. The hotel still charged full price and made no effort to refund any portion. It was at that point it became unsanitary for us. A water line has bust and the front desk lady lied about how long it would take to get fixed.

My stay here actually was excellent even after the minor hiccup with the pipe busting & is not having water for 3-4 hours, the staff kept us informed when it was coming back up, I would recommend this hotel

Very clean motel with an exceptional staff. Very good breakfast, surprisingly quiet, and nice size room. Location wasnt fantastic but wasn't terrible either. Our room had a broken recepticle and a few dings but was very nice otherwise. Biggest complaint is there is hardly anything near bed to place things such as phones, glasses, etc.
