Overbooked

Cockroaches,mold,no toilet paper,1 dirty towel,room just all over filthy. We complained,manager didn’t like that so he cancelled our reservation, entered our room while we were gone and put our belongings in the lobby. That’s where they were when we returned at 10:00 pm. They told us to take our stuff and leave. Bed bugs.

The gentleman at the front desk EVERYTHING!! Room was dirty, Jacuzzi was dirty and didn't work, stains on the curtains, spiders galore, musty smell. We lasted 3 minutes in and out. AND it's a sketchy area.

Bugs all over the room

The room was infested with roaches. On the walls, ceiling, in the tub, in the bed. It smelled like mold. We immediately checked out and went elsewhere as they had no other rooms. The manager was extremely defensive and rude when we went to talk to him about a refund. Then blamed us for not ‘booking at the Marriott’. He refused to give us a full refund because we booked the room and he couldve sold it to someone else. The conditions were uninhabitable. We had no choice but to leave as it was a health safety issue. We weren’t expecting an amazing hotel when we booked, but we expected at bare minimum a clean, safe room. I don’t know how they are even open with the conditions it was in. DO NOT BOOK.

You overbooked, couldnt stay, and had to drive 100 miles away.

Old, dirty, poorly maintained. Gaps around the door, excessive traffic noise due to poorly fitting windows. In room AC worked but very noisy. Uncomfortable bed, plastic mattress cover caused excessive sweating. Mold in the bathroom. Somehow my original reservation was canceled and I was informed on the day I traveled. I was able to rebook but was charged double the original rate. See everything above

Avoid this place unless all you need is air conditioning and clean sheets. Flies, roaches, and barely maintained. It is next door to a really great family-owned Mexican restaurant.

This hotel is falling apart and should be removed from expedia. No way is the pictures presented this location. I was in fear of my safety and booked a different hotel. Broken down cars with busted out windows. Open rooms quite visibly trashed. No one willing to help. Pool not in service. Nothing acceptable here.

They overbooked and canceled my room when I got there!!! I had no room for the night!!! Absolutely ridiculous

Arrived at 6 pm and said they overbooked the hotel and canceled our room. Said bc it was through a third party to talk to them about any charges and refund. Town was sold out. Traveled 50 mins to find another hotel.

The bathroom was covered in roaches and other bugs. Flies galore. Drain didn’t function on shower well. Mold and open electrical in bathroom. Electrical wall plates missing throughout. Fridge had someone else’s stuff and was filthy. Only working light in the hotel was a busted wall mount with a broken lampshade. I’m assuming some domestic disturbance happened before I arrived. Floors also dirty. Not all terrible. Bed was clean, a/c worked. Only twice did a roach make its way got the bed. So could’ve been worse. Staff was nice and helpful.

Do not recommend. Expedia was helpful with booking another hotel.

Please do not book at this hotel, even if it is the cheapest option. The pictures online are outdated, the property looks NOTHING like it. I arrived for my 10 day stay and the building looks very unmaintained. The lobby smells of cigarettes and is under renovation. The staff is nice. I go to my room and it’s a non smoking room yet it smells like cigarettes really badly. The bedding, and mattress were covered in stains, and the floors were so dirty it was sticky. I asked for a clean blanket and they gave me another stained blanket and it had holes in it. I had to buy my own bedsheets and blankets. There were also lots of little bugs in the blankets. I was also told when I booked they provided cribs and when I got there they looked at me like I was crazy. So I had to buy a pack and play for my baby. During my stay, it was decent, housekeeping came by every few days to collect trash and dirty towels and stuff. One day the health inspector came and told me my specific room had a really bad bug problem, which I noticed. And then 2 days before I left there was this crazy lady banging and screaming the entire night. The next day housekeeping apologized for the noise and made a complaint to the room. Overall was a really disgusting and old building, at least the staff were nice, but if I had known the pictures were outdated I would’ve booked somewhere else!!

No pool, no vending machine, trash all over the trash cans, but the worst is the cockroaches in the middle of the night all over the chest mirror , bathroom counter and floor ..

Honestly I can’t even begin to describe this property. When I walked into the room there was a LARGE red heart-shaped jacuzzi staring me in the face and a puddle of water on the laminate floor by the AC.. As I looked around I saw a cracked window, a door to the bathroom that apparently had been kicked in. There were two refrigerators. One was acceptable and the other one had black material in it that was likely mold - but one clump of it resembled a wasp nest. The grossest refrigerator I had ever seen in a motel room. Then in the bathroom the wall had been patched and never painted. While the bed was OK, the next morning the pool of water was very large. I also noticed that the hinges hold in the bathroom door were all halfway out and rusted. The best thing about this visit was that I only stayed one night.

Even though rooms werent available they kept online renting available which caused a 3 hour delay into getting into another hotel wasting time and money

Nothing It was filthy. The rooms was nasty. Had leftover food trash beds had bedbugs roaches was crawling around, smelled of drug paraphernalia, like crack or meth. I had my children with me. It was all bad. we did not stay we left and got a refund.
