Dirty, didn’t clean my room and the place didn’t match the picture on the app

The door was locked and there were no rooms available money was refunded

The room was infested with incest and bed bugs in both beds the staff when checking in at night you can’t hear because they don’t use the intercom system. Multiple stains in bed covers and cigarette holes in bed sheets. Didn’t even stay for 10 minutes in the room and trying to get a refund is a pain.

The front desk step was so kind and they let me check in a few hours early. But unfortunately the room was disgusting. There was blood and feces on walls. The HVAC unit had a bucket under it and was full of water and overflowing when I left the facilities I turned it off. I did not feel safe staying there overnight so I left and got a better Hotel down the street.

It’s a cheap hotel but it’s not worth the money

Do not stay there. Especially if you have kids. People were coming in the lobby and using the front desk like their personal home. Grabbing things from back room and front desk staff was ok with it.

I arrived at the property and I was told it was overbooked. But I had a reservation. I had to be looking for another hotel in the middle of the night

The hotel was over booked. However my money was refunded and the property was extremely nice about it.

The stay was parable smelling like a dog, the room wasn't cleaned, there was flies and roaches all over, there was mold all over the roof.

I made this reservation via Expedia with the understanding that there was a room available. And when I got there, there was no rooms available and they were unable to refund my money. I am very disappointed and probably will not be using Expedia nor this hotel chain
