This place is a dump. Very dirty everywhere. Both of the rooms we were given were disgusting, and neither one had a functioning AC. After two tries, we decided to leave. The place felt very unsafe, and the walkways were dirty and dark. We never received a refund from Hotels.com, so after years of using them, I will no longer be a customer of theirs.

Don't go stay at this place. Room was dirty, no towels or washer rags, no smoking room but cigarettes ashes around the jacuzzi, left dirty wash rags in shower and used soap in shower.

Room did not feel safely secured and was dirty. Brought own bedding in.

We paid for the insurance and cancelled after checking in because the room had bed bugs and was filthy. Never got a refund and the staff said “oh well not our problem!”

Hands down the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Everything is rundown and peeling. You didn't want to touch anything. I got some sleep and left as quick as possible

This place was a terrible idea! I reserved a king suite. Check in was 12 pm. I arrived at 1 pm only to be told that the room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for a while. I only rented the room because my house was being sprayed for pests and we were required to be gone for 2 to 4 hours after the house was sprayed. So I had nowhere to be and had to settle for a lesser room. No refund available and no partial refund was offered even though the room was downgraded from a king suite to a regular king room. The 1st room I was given, the door didn't latch. Key or not all ypu had to dowas push on the door and it opened. I brought this to the staffs attention ( Nick) and he said he would come fix it. He finally came and said he would move me to a different room. FINE. The room is thankfully only had to spend 2 hours in was the worst room I'd ever had the displeasure of renting. Trash on the counter, plugs didn't work. No trash bag in trashcan, cracks in walls , disgusting!! I am not ever going back there and i suggest you dont either...If I was homeless I wouldn't stay at this trashy place, it's just plain gross and needs to be demolished. You couldn't pay me to subject myself to the nastiness this place exudes.100000000 percent do not recommend.

Please understand it is not the hotels problem. I was Hotels.com. They booked/accepted my reservation. Upon arrival the hotel had been filled for several days and Hotels.com did not take them off the market and went ahead and accepted the reservation for them.. Got there and guess what, no hotel room and no other hotels in the city of Wichita Falls TX had available rooms. Had to exhaust fully travel 60 more mile to get a hotel room. Yep,

Horrible! Room was filthy. Bathroom toilet clogged. Noisy. Do not recommend.

Bed cover had stains and holes, walls had holes, bathtub was stained blue, toilet was rusted, door looked like it had been kicked it because it didn’t shut all the way even when locked

The staff are really Friendly and accommodating.
