Comfort Inn Wichita Falls North

The breakfast was good and the pool was clean... Rooms could have been cleaner but overall it wasn't that bad.. wasn't the best but wasn't that bad

It was close to the interstate we were traveling on to make it easy to get up and go the next day It was great

Location was great. The beds are super comfortable. The room was dirty when we arrived. There was an orange slice on the floor between the beds, the shower curtain was moldy, mold in the shower, and on the wall, and the pool had a used feminine hygiene product in it.

Very dirty

Breakfast was very good. Omelets and sausage with biscuits and gravy. Also, cereal, yogurt, waffles and hard boiled eggs. Needs a little updating but comfortable. Very close to Sheppard AFB for visiting grandson.

The staff was an absolute treat, very knowledgeable about the area The only thing I did not like is the gates lock over night and it takes a minute for them to get them unlocked if you are in a hurry to get to BMT graduation.

Location and front desk help. The room had previous ceiling leak that had not been fully fixed, smoothed and painted. The bathroom floor was sticky and the carpet wasn't vacuumed well.

The staff at check in were friendly. The check in process was fairly easy. The carpet was torn, the floors were sticky, a roach was on the bathroom sink, pet hair was all over the carpet and it didn’t seem like anyone had vacuumed since the last guest. The walls were dingy.

I’ve stayed there twice for several days at the time they wouldn’t do the beds every day even though we told the front desk what was going on

Room and bathroom is extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed for the price point.

It was the same items each morning, really needed more choices The bed was very worn out, too soft, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned

Beds were comfortable & nice staff There was water leaking in the entry doorway at the back of the building. Unsure if it was for the ice machine or something else. This property needs updating on the inside of the building & in the rooms.

Actually, I cannot recommend the place to rest because it is very dirty in the hallways and the rooms, but the terrible are the cockroaches in the rooms, I went to the front desk and they told me that they could not do anything and not give me another room either, so I could not sleep all night to take care that no animal would reach the bed where my children slept.

Ok will not stay again

I wish I could give negative stars. It was a horrible stay. Moldy rooms, dead bugs on bed and roach infested in bathroom and rooms. Elevator stopped working. Front office staff did changed our room but it was worse than before. There was some kind of liquid splashes all over bed frame and AC. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m attaching pictures.

The tub was old and stained but looked really dirty. We did not stay for breakfast.

Great staff and much needed rest,
