Doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside was attractive and clean. The staff was wonderful!! The eggs at breakfast were outstanding! Pleasant visit!

One might not choose this property based on some of the horror-story reviews on line. They could well be truthful experiences, or some over-hyped version of a minor incident, or just mean intent. We found the property, at least our room and the public areas we were in, to be perfectly acceptable. The property overall rates a fair three-star average for the price range--very average and even slightly above. Our room was clean and modern; not spanking new remodel, but perfectly fine. A/C cold with typical cycling noise level. Breakfast included usual basics and the staff was prompt to keep it stocked. The area is busy and right by a freeway. It's a bit tricky to get to. Our 3rd floor room faced the road but night noise was not intrusive. We slept well. Did not try the pool, but it looked fine. Parking is close but the place was pretty full as was the lot. Felt safe. Slept well. The only bugs we saw were a couple of flies. I would stay again.

Nothing!!! There was so much construction going on. Dust everywhere. In the room, The toilet seat came off & I fell to the floor. The refrigerator in the room wasn't secured & when I pulled the handle to open it, it came half way out & fell into my foot. I told the front desk, that wasn't even a front desk... It was a fold up table or desk. They did not do anything to fix these problems during My Stay. I deserve a refund! I have already emailed the Hotel & Booking.com. I want a refund immediately!!! This is taking Way too long. If I don't get my money back, I will take other measures. Same as above.

I like how big the room but it wasn’t the cleanest. There was a roach in my room, the tub was clogged so bad I couldn’t take a shower without the tub filling up fast, the shower also had rust coming down the handicap bars. I only stayed a night which was fine but if I booked for more then one night I would’ve left. Breakfast was good though

There was no black out curtain to block the parking lot bright lights from coming into our room. It was like sleeping with a light on in the room.
