It was all dirty. I do not recommend it at all. Roaches on the room

The air conditioner woke/kept us awake during the first night. It was extremely loud. The second night we either had gotten more used to it or were so tired it didn't bother us near as much.

All was good the staffing was nice

The coffee was good No breakfast offered. Lots of CCTs and bright lights in parking areas. Room was clean. had to purchase shampoo and conditioner, No hair dryer.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to park to far away from my room. The ac made weird sounds all night.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room smelled amazing! That was the first thing I noticed when I opened the door. Second was how neat the room was. Parking is easy. Lots of space for semi parking.

The parking lot was lit up at night and felt safe. Not bad if you want something affordable and don’t need the nicest accommodations. Not the nicest interior, due for a renovation. Shower was tricky to use, and some towels were stained.

Canceled my reservation got to the location and had no room

I booked my reservation back in February twenty twenty six and received a confirmation at that time. When I arrived on August 28th to with my confirmed reservation in hand, I was told at the front desk that my reservation had been canceled. I received no prior notification, no explanation, and no cancellation confirmation before arriving. Staff indicated the cancellation was due to overbooking, however, when I checked availability online at the time, the property showed no rooms available at all with tripple the price, which strongly suggests this was a case of price gouging rather than a genuine overbooking issue. When I attempted to address this with the manager on duty, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism or concern for my situation. As a result, I was forced to drive fifty five miles to Lawton, Oklahoma, to secure a place to sleep, arriving late and getting only about four hours of rest before waking at four thirty AM to compete in a hundred mile race. This directly and negatively impacted my race performance that day. I am requesting a formal explanation for how this reservation was canceled without notice, and I am requesting appropriate compensation

Not bad at all. Better than expected.

It had a bed. Smoky smell. Bathroom dirty. Air conditioner did not work. Left at 4:30 a.m. as even my dogs could not tolerate the heat. Do not stay there.

No extra blankets. Room was clean, but needed more.

I arrived at hotel and I checked in and i booked a king bed they gave me a room with double bed so I went to front desk and the lady said she could not do anything about it so I ask for refund she said no that the mgr be in in morning and I talked to mgr he said what you want me do we was booked and he was very rude and unprofessional
