I WAS one of the rooms with no hot water!!!! This really is unacceptable and seems to be the just the way IHG is running things now. Running these hotels right into the ground.

Failed to be professional at the service desk. Also failed to tell us we did not have any hot water. After finding this out, I asked for a discount and I’m still waiting to see if they follow through on the 30% discount.

No hot water. They said it will be out for a while. They should update Hotels.com so the consumer knows what they are paying for.

The room was clean, but the furniture was very worn and tired. The exterior was littered with construction materials and was generally unattractive.

Walls/corners were chipped, paint dull/marks. Decorations were fall colors. Flags need replaced .Torn and tattered.

Room has old, dirty and ripped off furniture .Ac unit was damn noisy. Can’t sleep at all. No breakfast and all over bad smell everywhere

I didn’t like that the sheets were stained, bugs were in the room once I opened the door and a tick on the floor toilet didn’t work. Once they moved me to a different room the room was smaller and the sheets were still stained. Guy at the desk charged me twice and wanted to charge me a third time at check out.
