Room was clean facility the same clean The breakfast was incomplete no eggs no gravy for the biscuits coffee was made very very light not good at all need to improve this tremendously.
-
electric car charging station, breakfast carpet was wetfrom recent cleaning. Charge for pets seemed high.

Staff was nice enough and decent furnishings. A little rundown but it was ok. Laundry vents are clogged and too way too long to dry. Both washing machine are old and the dryer expensive to use. Pool was out of service for a few days. Both snack and drink machines did not work properly. LOUD guests, very bad but eventually got handled by management.

Comfortable beds The smell and the rooms are falling apart.
-
The staff were fantastic. Bed, but they said they would note it and change the mattress.
-
The room smelled bad. Carpet in the main downstairs hallway was nasty with stains and smelled dirty. The bathtub had dirt in it from the previous person. The breakfast was horrible. I wouldn’t have fed it to the hogs. It was in a very sketchy neighborhood. The parking was nearly non existent with people roaming around after midnight. This place needs to be torn down.

The bathroom was disgusting still hair from previous visitors. Bedding was clean but room was damp. Front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was rough… like warm sausage links, old hard biscuits and the orange juice was just bad. Didn’t trying the pancake maker. If you want more than a safe room and clean bed with friendly staff paying extra for somewhere else would be your best bet.

The “breakfast” was awful. Will never stay here again

Location was good adequate parking, Unsecured WiFi, black mold in the shower, sink has hot and cold water reversed, TV guide did not work, bath tub doesn’t drain, toilet stopped up, and staff wanted us to plunge it, freezer part of refrigerator needs defrosting, hallway carpet needs to be replaced! Air conditioner did not work correctly, short staffed! I am pretty sure that’s why she brought us a plunger! Need more staff make things run smoothly!

Nothing The room I reserved was not available when I reserved it a month out

Hot showers Needs a good cleaning. Pool wasn’t clean. Breakfast wasn’t ready because they had one guy trying to do desk and breakfast

The hotel is in terrible need of renovations, but the room was clean. For some reason, the room felt very damp, but the price was right.

The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow. I specifically looked for somewhere that had breakfast, but other than an apple the rest of the food I couldn't eat because of the ingredients. Everything else was pork sausage, carbs, highly processed or bioengineered which I can't eat. I had hoped for yogurt, cheese, eggs or more variety of fruit. There were no real healthy foods available from which to choose. The property wasn't well maintained. You get dripped on from Water drainage when you go in the door nearest my room. The hallway carpet is stained and the paint is chipped up around most of the baseboards. There's a weird smell in room 123. Also, it's hard to take a bath because the water slowly drains and you need to refill it a few times during the bath. I expected it to be a little better.

We showed up at the hotel a few hours after the hotel themselves called me to check if we were planning on showing up. I told them yes and gave a time estimate. No one was at the front desk, so we rang the bell and tried calling them, but no one showed up for about 25-30 minutes. Once the attendant did show up, there was no apology or explanation for why we were waiting so long. He ran our card, but then said it didn't work, so had us do it again. Days later, both charges are processed on the bank account. We were glad to check into our room finally, until we saw multiple COCKROACHES! One that was on the headboard of the bed. We took videos of the cockroaches and went back to the front desk. We showed the attendant the videos of the cockroaches in the room. He said he had to call his boss. Once they got off the phone, the attendant told us that we had two options. He pulled a can of RAID from under the counter and said that our first option was to use the RAID on the room. The second option was to check out. We requested a refund and checked out. I have no doubt that the hotel sold someone else that room that night, so just want future travelers to be aware of this situation.

Very dirty. Black mold in the bathroom. Exterior doors were not secured.
-
Friendly staff. Too much room deodorizer. The AC unit was loud.

Large comfortable room with a couch, 2 queen size beds, small fridge, microwave and single 1 cup coffee machine with 2 packages each of decaffeinated and regular coffee. 302 Room placard missing outside of the door. Found a dirty wash cloth tangled in the shower curtain rod and the baseboards by the safe were dusty. Outdated carpet which holds in odors and stains. Laminate flooring or tile floors would definitely spruce up the room more!
