Very dirty room

It’s a Days Inn.

The room was clean…but lacked amenities like a clock, coffee maker or even a box of Kleenex. The complimentary breakfast was make-your-own waffle with syrup, coffee with powdered creamer and real sugar and a 6 oz bottles of “orange juice”. Nothing else! Not even butter for the waffle! Then there was a sign that forbid taking food from the room. Really?? I can’t take my waffle back to my room??

The washing machine and dryer amenity was broken. The room had mold on the ceiling. The floors were dirty. The door on the lock mechanism was broken halfway put back together. The bathroom door did not shut was nonfunctioning.

it was not very nice The first room they put us in smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke the toilet was leaking and the shower wasn’t draining. Not a good experience at all.

I’m writing to bring a serious concern to your attention regarding the room 119 that was assigned to me. Since yesterday, there have been multiple issues involving the room assignment. On three separate occasions, different individuals knocked on the door stating that they had been assigned to room 119 as well. This was extremely concerning, particularly because my children were in the room while I was at work. To make matters worse, at approximately 3:00 a.m., firefighters came to the room and knocked on the door because they had allegedly received a call reporting that the room was in danger. Having strangers come to the room during the night, followed by firefighters arriving in the early morning hours, was extremely unsettling and stressful for both me and my children. I understand that mistakes can happen, but these situations are concerning from a safety and security standpoint. I would also appreciate greater attention to situations involving room assignments and emergency calls, as incidents like these can create unnecessary confusion and potentially put guests at risk, especially during late-night hours. Thank you for taking this matter seriously. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding what happened and what steps will be taken to prevent a similar situation in the future.

Rooms were clean, a/c was cold and check in was smooth and easy. Having to return keys to office instead of leaving them in the room. But I understand.

The hotel was clean and safe. The bed was nice and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure was good. The staff were helpful. I stayed for one night.

Room was clean

We booked a room there for one night. The parking lot had people hanging out. Our bath tub had a puddle of pee in the middle of it and the room was hot. We stayed all of 5 minutes. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting on our refund.

I've stayed at this place before but it was under a different hotel. The property is decent enough to warrant one night stay if you're passing through Wichita Falls. It gets the job done. The bed was relatively comfy. I did not partake in the breakfast. I was satisfied with the channel selection and the air conditioning was very cold. Great for those hot summer days/nights.
