The TV was not working or the hair dryer in Room#125. The staff was polite and said the manager would be back to check. Apparently I had fallen asleep and didn't hear him . The breakfast was good. Check out was easy and polite. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, staff was nice and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The only draw back is that food is not walkable.

This was a stop on our trip to bring my grandson home to Colorado from Houston. Traveling with a new born can be exhausting, so I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get a room on the ground floor. When I explained our situation, the front desk agent found us a room on the first floor that was close to the entrance so we didn't have to haul all of our gear too far. We slept well, and got a fresh start on the second leg of our trip. Thank you!

I was surprised by the lack of security. In addition to the front entrance, there were several other doors to the hotel that were not locked, meaning that anyone could enter. The parking lot was not well lit and there were several people in the parking area who did not seem to be guests there. As I was parking the car, an older man approached my son and was asking him questions that made him uncomfortable. There was an unpleasant smell in the room when we arrived. The free breakfast consisted of 4 types of cereal and milk. There was coffee when we arrived for breakfast, but when I went back for a second cup I was told that they had dumped the rest of it out. Due to the safety concerns and lack of breakfast options, I would not recommend this location to others and will not stay there again.

Arrived late after calling many times to let them know it would be a late arrival only to get there and there was no rooms available because the last room they had saved the air conditioner was out. Upon entering the room, it smelled like urine. However, the front person said there would be a refund, but I had to call Expedia to get that. They did not generate it.

Easy button. Inexpensive but good for a short night passing through Wichita Falls. Easy

The property is a little old, but still in good condition. It was good for overnight while traveling.

The place was a mess. Hallway carpets filthy, trash cans full and broken down cars in the parking lot. The room was dirty also. Chairs had visible dirt stains. The bath clothes were dirty and 9ne bath towel had hair on it. TV remote did not work and no manual controls on TV. Never stay here.

Rate was very good. Tv remote had issues. When I went to use phone to call front desk, receiver line to phone was broken.

I was raised in wichita falls. Very nice polite staff both shifts No elevator.... or better breakfast selection ..I'm not into breads or cereals.

Room was issue. Obviously updating property but our room had peeling ceiling paint from water damage in several spots. Very full occuppancy so did not ask for alternative room

They put me NEXT door to a room the were doing construction on. I asked NOT to be in that room. Front desk said they wouldn’t start working until after I checked out. FREAKING EARLY THE NEXT MORNING, SO SHOCKING, THEY START DOING CONSTRUCTION IN THERE!!!!

Staff was nice Not in the best location, and the inside and outside is not taken care of. It was very dirty, dust everywhere. There is no elevator. Room had a musty smell. It’s very outdated.

Great spot to stay at, it’s not the 5 star but it serves it purpose and staff is very attentive to your needs

Good stay for the price! Very reasonable price and awesome staff! This was our 3rd year to book.. and we have already secured our room for next year! Breakfast was minimal.. waffles or cereal.. really wish there was a pastry or fruit. Not all plugs in the room worked- difficult to charge phones and computer Neighboring room - TV was very loud until late into the night early am hours
