Executive Inn and Suites Wichita Falls

Front desk guy was alright, dude was watching a world cup game in the couch when i got there. thought he was a guest haha. Anyways i got a suite room and the jacuzzi wasn't even working. All the towels in the bathroom had yellow stains on them . Had to go to walmart for clean ones. No tooth paste or toothbrush to even use lol , i work at a hotel in ny the difference in hotel was just hysterical to me. Anyways ac was ok. Nothing abt this place was rlly good . But got what i paid for. gl

It looks like this hotel has seen better days. The sheets and towels are thin. The bed acceptable, but not great. At midnight, people were hanging out in the parking lot. I was expected Expedia/ hotels.com to have higher standards. (Breakfast was dry cereal or white bread with jelly. We passed)

Breakfast was just waffles, toast & cereals, in other hotels have little more as scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, etc…

Little sketchy for a single woman traveling alone

The evening front desk clerk (July 7) was fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. After giving the AC time as she suggested, she quickly moved me to Room 103. What a difference! Ice-cold AC, clean, fresh, modern, and clearly one of the renovated rooms. It was also across from the lobby and near the pool, yet surprisingly quiet all night. Some small misses: the TV guide didn't match the channels, and the coffee maker still contained the previous guest's used coffee filter. Hard pass. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Calling it "continental" doesn't magically make it one. There was one waffle maker, cereal, white bread, jelly, and "coffee" that was merely introduced to coffee beans. No eggs, yogurt, fruit, sausage, bacon, peanut butter, pastries, juice, or even butter. I found much better coffee at the gas station next door. The renovated rooms are excellent; the older ones need work, and the evening front desk clerk deserves recognition. Finish the renovations, fix the breakfast, and this could easily be a good value hotel.

Bed and air conditioner were in great shape.The floors were swept but not mopped in a while. No breakfast choices, just waffles. No fruit or juice

It was a dump. There was no elevator, room smelled like a funky musky cologne, pillows were terrible, bedding was like sleeping with 2 sheets only. It was VERY dated. Toilet was wobbly. The only positive thing I can say is there were no bugs. I would not stay here again.

The staff were nice but not helpful. Do not go if you expect to charge your electric car the charger does not work and just takes your money. For how old it was it was clean but things were rusty and old. Overall fine and safe but I’d choose someplace else if I were to go back.

Decent place for a bed and shower. They’re doing some renovations, which are needed. My room’s window has a broken glass (one of the double pane). Could be hazardous. But it was clean and staff was helpful.

The room was very clean and the staff were wonderful and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Great value!!

Limited selection on breakfast. Minimalist continental breakfast. Ceilings could use some repair.

The room was very nice and clean. It had lots of space and the air conditioning worked amazing which was such a relief considering how hot it was. The staff was very kind and fast when it came to needs. The area wasn’t half bad and it was pretty close to base. You could even stream movies from your phone so it wasn’t just stuck on cable TV. I would definitely stay here again and you can’t beat the price.

Clean room and helpful staff

The TV was not working or the hair dryer in Room#125. The staff was polite and said the manager would be back to check. Apparently I had fallen asleep and didn't hear him . The breakfast was good. Check out was easy and polite. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, staff was nice and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The only draw back is that food is not walkable.
