My stay was perfect! On my way out I mentioned to the desk person that the following two items should be addressed: 1. the exercise bench in the fitness room needed to be replaced: all parts are worn out; 2. the commode needed to be secured to the bathroom floor as it was rocking back and forth. The desk person mentioned they would attend to both matters. Excellent accomodations!

There was no AC in the lobby area. It is Texas people, we have to have AC. The first room we were in, the AC flooded the floor.The next day we had to change rooms. The staff was nice and out us in a “suite.” One traveler told us they had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was nice but….the rest was not.

The ac was out in all public areas of the hotel, which made the stay with a large group difficult.

Just the location. Oh the room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was friendly The facility keeps saying under renovation and the have said that for the last several years and nothing gets done. The security plates on all the room doors were removed. They said that the key system went down and they have to remove the security plates off the door to enter them. Not feeling safe here at all. There also was no internet and tv was not working. Air conditioning on lower level was out. I felt sorry for staff to have to work in these conditions.

I am fine with the hotel, staff etc, no hotels are as good since covid, need 2nd chair in a king room , staff was fine facility was as expected, location was convenient I am having issues with the charges, I reserved both rooms at the price of $126/night...144.90... final for my room charge was $154.90 but for the second room they charged $174... I am going to call the hotel and dispute that charge and the additional $10 on my room.

They had a plumbing pipe in the room that was not capped so it had a sewerage smell
