Public places wee clean and seemed well kept. Our room had some wear on it. The kick plate to the door was falling off and there was a towel that had visible wear to it. Also the refrigerator didn’t seem to get too cold.

Horrible guest service! (And I’m pretty laid back). Room was dirty. Put me in the wrong room. Just an all around horrible experience. That is coming from a man that basically lives in hotels. Definitely would not recommend

The hotel was under construction and it just wasnt as clean and nice as it has been in the past.

The view of the big pond behind the hotel was pretty. Location was easy to find The interior safety lock on the door was broken. The pullout bed was broken, the tv only lets you watch local channels despite it being a smart tv with more capabilities.
