Trevor at the front office gets 10 stars! I was immediately greeted with his smile and kind words. What a gem! Check-in was super efficient. The lobby smelled wonderful. The room was quiet, very comfortable and large. The pool looked so refreshing but I wasn't there long enough for a swim. Next time I will make sure to make time for that. Others were enjoying the crystal blue water. The location is perfect. Breakfast was more than enough & fantastic. I enjoyed having all of the options. The lounge was nice and we loved the rec room! All in all we loved the place and will be back. Also please take care of Trevor! He is a huge asset to your front line!

What a great property! Everything is updated and clean. The amenities are super family friendly. Our kid’s baseball team stayed here and the boys all really enjoyed the rev room, pool, and badketball court. The staff was helpful and we will absolutely be back next time we’re in the area.

This hotel is around 12 minutes from Sheppard air force base . Right up the street from walmart and about 5 to 10 minutes from most good places to eat . Nice gym and the breakfast was decent .

Great place to stay for such a short stay

Best hotel in WF that we have stayed in while visiting family...we were even able to use the game room for an impromptu graduation party. Only downfall was the bartender was not working on the Friday night we were there, but we improvised.

Overall, the hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The property features a bar and offers a small selection of dishes, which was convenient. There is also a lovely outdoor seating area that provides a relaxing atmosphere. I felt safe and secure during my stay, especially with the controlled badge-access entry system. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The bed linens were clean and of good quality, and the kitchenette was a great addition. It came stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and pans, which made the stay more convenient. After booking the hotel, I attempted to confirm the pet policy details, specifically the associated fees. While the website indicated that pets are accepted, there was no clear information regarding the actual cost. I tried calling the hotel but was unable to reach a live representative. Instead, an AI system answered and sent me a link via email, which still did not provide any information about the pet fees. I also submitted through a message inquiry through Booking.com to the hotel asking for clarification, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the pet fee was $150 for a two-night stay and was non-refundable. At that point, canceling was not a viable option, as I would have incurred a cancellation penalty. As a result, I had no choice but to pay the fee and proceed with my stay. In the future, I strongly recommend that the hotel make pet fees clearly visible on their website and ensure that customers can obtain accurate information prior to arrival. Transparent communication would help guests make informed decisions and avoid unexpected charges.
