Comfort Inn Wichita Falls Near University

A good bed to sleep. Good cooling system. We did not use the pool or have the breakfast. The front desk clerk was straight to the point business, no warm welcome. One of the freshest smelling rooms and linens on our 10 hotel night, multi-state trip.

It was very quiet and clean I slept Well

Older hotel but very comfortable and convenient to dining and shopping.

As always had a great experience. Hot tub was very relaxing.

I want to say more but this was the most uncomfortable I have felt in a hotel in a while. I stayed here before I don’t remember being this uncomfortable. One major recommendation for them would to either change there linen or find something that will truly clean and whiten the. Having white lines is preferred however when I can se past soiled marks from the sheet and pillow cases to the face clothe. Mold stains in window curtains. Tub not draining. Or dusting dirt off the bed as I pull back the blanket. Thankfully, this is not a vacation. I just needed to get my daughter settled at school. Even so I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Great location

We were received with a very friendly staff member and found the room clean, we however found the rooms shower gel and lotion dispensers empty. We requested more but were told only the maid service had access to thise items. We thankfully had our own product. Breakfast service was fresh and nicely stocked. We did have one overnight clerk that was extremely unfriendly and appeared to want to be anywhere but there. Rude. Overall we would stay again

We have stayed at this property a few times and have had no issues. The staff are friendly and property is clean and well maintained. Convenient location with several shopping and food options in walking distance.

Decent location. Broken curbs with exposed, rusty rebar in the parking lot. Don't expect the pool to be open, even though an indoor pool and hot tub are advertised. The keys don't stay programmed for your room, so you will need to stop by the front desk and have it reprogrammed almost every time you leave and return.

The staff was very nice and will to help - bed was good Shower - head was not good at all and water pressure was also not good

Nothing really The staff lied to me and told me the pool was working the day before and it wasn’t. I told the staff I wanted only 1 day and they said I was only going to charged for 1 night and I was charged for 3 which now I have NO MONEY because they took all $364.61 out. They told me I should get my money back in 7 to 10 buisness days. I’m not happy at all. There was also black bugs in the room

The beds were comfortable, the water in the shower was a good temperature, and the location was close to everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool/hot tub water was cloudy, which made me wonder if it was clean.

The eggs were fresh. The waffles were easy to make and were what I expected. My wife wanted fruit for breakfast and had a banana. My wife wanted more varieties in fruit, as she is carefully watching what she wants.
