The staff was great. Didn't have any issues with anyone in hallways. We were upgraded due to an issue that occurred the black out panels are too short in the room we first stayed in. We actually had someone peek in at us. The second room was good and quiet with the exception of finding a baby cockroach in the bed and two more in the bath tub while taking shower

My experience was very disappointing staying here. I have stayed here once in the past and thought I would give it a try again. Unfortunately my first night there my room had cockroaches and I called to ask for another room and they had told me there was no availability till the next day. If you’re thinking about purchasing anything at their small convenient store. Look at the date because I purchased a soda and it had expired 3 months ago.

The room was great. The area was clean and I had a somewhat restful night. Down part was kids and adults yelling. I recommend this to anyone coming/or living in Wichita Falls, Texas!

Very nice staff! They went out of their way to have special treats for the hotter than hell bike riders. Nice clean rooms.

This is why people are paying a premium to stay in a hotel in Wichita Falls, during the cycling event. It’s like if hotels in New Orleans were not ready for Mardi Gras. And yet you were not ready. You don’t have enough staff to do basic house cleaning. I had a refrigerator full of food left by the previous guests. I had to intervene and get the front desk staff to check in people standing in a long line and not being helped. These are just basic things that you have to know how to do when you’re operating a hotel. You have to treat people like people. You have to not waste their time. You you have to have a clean well-maintained facility. These are not superlatives or bonuses. They are basics.

The room was great. Very clean and quiet which is exactly what I look for because I travel for work.

Stayed in the hotel on one of the city’s busiest and hottest weekends. Staff was overwhelmed yet friendly. Room was already cooled down for me. Everything was clean and nice. The rooms probably could use some updating, yet it didn’t affect my stay.

Check in was very long with no a/c in the lobby with triple digit weather, key did not work twice so had to go up and down 2 times with family waiting in the hallway on 3rd floor, room was dirty, toilet had pee stains, shower tub had rust on it, couch is worn down and caves in, pool was dirty and breakfast was told was at 6 am was was not ready until 7:30 am. Staff was clearly overwhelmed, frustrated and showed no compassion.
