Staybridge Suites Wichita Falls by IHG

Hallways and floors were not vacuumed. The bathtub had a huge brown spot in it. It smelled moldy in our room. The halls smelled of Marijuana everyday. AC did not work in the front of the room (suite) had to leave the door open to get any air for my teenagers. Black smudges on walls of bedroom.

Family vacation room as nice, breakfast was amazing, pool was finally opened on last day of our trip. Staff was nice

The hotel was filthy. We left due to the rooms had bed bugs. The smell was atrocious. The pool was green and the property was a mess and dirty.

So you could tell that our room was just cleaned when we entered but it smelled like mildew. The carpets smelled so bad and I made sure that none of our items touch the floor and I walked with my sandals on. We had to have the air on full blast to try and help with the smell. Then my husband and myself got bit by something the first night. We did check the bed and sheets before we got in but both of us woke up with a bit ans rash on our necks. It was weird. Didn't happen the 2nd night though. The staff was super night and sweet, but we will most likely never ever stay here again.

I never checked into the hotel. When I arrived they asked me to pay for the room again in full. There was feas or bedbugs in the lobby. Never made it to the room. Will not recommend staying at that hotel

Reserved 2 rooms, room one had bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom and just wasn’t clean. Second room was not what was reserved. Staff was nice and easy to work with gave us new rooms that solved issues.

Amazing accommodations! Clean and very neat!

The fridge didn’t close. The shower and bathtub were dirty. The room smelled of must and mold.

Roaches!! There were several roaches in our 3rd floor room. We checked out early because of this and the pool was dirty and the area by the pool/grill was in total disarray. Breakfast was lacking also. No one was actively checking the level of food or coffee. Asked for jelly for toast and she pointed to the honey. I told her not honey I wanted jelly. She said oh and open the cabinet and handed me 3 jelly packets. Didn’t get any more out for the counter. I had to also ask for the coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at the Staybridge branded hotels before so this is why we choose this one. However, this was a very big disappointment. Had to kill roaches in our stuff when we arrived home!! When we checked out the girl at the front desk said thanks for letting us know about the roaches. This is too big of a problem for them not to have known. I would not recommend this place at all. We would like to get our money back since we left a day early and had to get another hotel.

Rooms don’t have hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom. I asked the front desk for something to be done the following day. They said they would take care of it and they did NOT! Also, they tried to shut down breakfast early on one day.

the pool has no water its empty the room we had my boyfriend spent half the night killing roaches that were literally everywhere completely disgusting wont be back there again and i suggest they get some pest control and get rid of there roaches

Not bad overall. It is a little dated, but nice hotel. It is pretty much what you would expect for a Staybridge.
