Beds are comfy, it’s a decent area. The last two times I’ve stayed there, I’ve found mold In the ceiling in the bathrooms both times.

Good Location for our needs Room smelled like strong mildew. Think it was either the a/c unit or mildewed rug right in front of it.

Quiet Second time here and still smelled like mildewed air coming out of a/c in the two rooms we stayed on on 3rd floor. Coffee maker broken in first room on 9/23, microwave door inoperable in room on 9/28.

Hallways, entrance, elevator, bathroom in room, and room shower. All were filthy and not okay for a brand name hotel chain. Need to do better for this e paying you money for cleanliness

As wonderful as the front desk staff were…the property is old and needs renovation. It cost less, but in this case it should have been even less expensive.

It was a simple no frills accommodation. The in room fridge and microwave were nice. Also the Nescafé machine in the lobby and cookies were nice too. The room was so musty that I was concerned about inhaling mold particles. I found a dead roach in the room as well. A staff member was informed. They gave an apology and just thanked us for letting them know, didn’t seem too concerned.

Lobby was very clean. Staff was helpful and check in took minimum time. Room was very spacious and was very clean! Everything worked except tall lamp in corner. A/c worked great and was relatively quiet. Great hotel experience for 2 nights.

Area restaurants (McBrides, Parkway Grill) Toilet wouldn’t flush…took up to 30 mins between flushes; with 4 people, not acceptable. Bathtub faucet could not be turned off…dribbled the entire time we were there Card keys continued to work and then didn’t. Kept having to go down and have them re-programmed. Only one person there at night; if you needed extra towels, etc, one had to go retrieve them yourself.

The hotel was out dated and the roof on the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable and very out dated. Also the staff wasn't very helpful in the morning.
