Booked the same day I stayed. Room was clean and ready for me. They allow pets and were also ready for my pup. Staff was friendly. No complaints at all.
-
Carpeting in the hallway was stained and had a musty odor; obviously in need of a deep cleaning. Carpeting in the room also smelled musty. No body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom...only one very small bar of soap. The wall along the base of the shower floor had a ring of black grime (hopefully it wasn't mold). Fitted sheet on the bed was too small and would not stay tucked under the mattress. Not the quality we expected from LaQuinta.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The shower door in our room needed new rollers. It was hard to close and we were afraid if we closed it all the way it might be difficult to open. Only one elevator was working.

Very clean quiet hotel I recommend it

The property was clean. The rooms were clean. It would’ve been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer so that I could freeze my travel bags for my medication and they probably need to do a little more service on their pet area and supply bags.

Room was very clean plenty of towels and plenty of space .
-
The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. Turning the AC off was not an option - Texas in the summer.

Breakfast was very nice

Hotel was over booked... someone tried to key in my room late at night. Next day when I checked out got the invoice and departed. Noticed later its with a different name on it and different prices than my reservation but correct room number.

This La Quinta charges for pets, which was a surprise. We have been staying at La Quinta for years and never encountered this. There were no luggage carts available at checkout. We waited 45 minutes and finally got an employee to help us, who we felt obligated to tip. Breakfast sausage was cold. $183 for one night is too much.

The room was not clean and there were dirty towels left on the floor. The air conditioner is very loud and made it hard to sleep.

The room was way below standards for a hotel with a brand name like LaQuintia. The room furniture is just awful. Dirty with a stain all over it. The carpet is stained. Seems like every time I stay there it gets worse. The elevators are always an issue. The contractor takes up half of the parking lot with trailer. Time to find a different hotel.

I had a clean room and clean bathroom. The staff were great and super friendly. The property, however, needs some tlc. There were several places in the hallway where water damage had not been fixed and the walls were cracked.

This location was easily accessible to shops and restaurants! Rooms were nice!

Our company books this hotel when we are in town every few weeks, I made a mistake & booked this hotel when I should have booked Wichita in Kansas. I contacted hotels.com within 10 mins & the agent spoke to the manager & they refused to cancel, even though I made the correct resv @ a LaQunita in Kansas. It was a honest mistake, instead of just canceling the charge & renting the room to someone else, they received their 140.00. We will never stay here again. Paid for the insurance & was still denied the claim.
