Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls

Absolutely horrible stay! Hotel under renovation and in terrible condition. Did not even have water during the day.

Newer hotel, staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great, would 100% stay there again

The microwave hadn’t been cleaned and some random food particles around. I’d request a new room.

The property is old and not well maintained. Upon arrival the computer systems were down and staff wanted me to write my credit card number on a piece of paper. The toilet in my original room was broken so they moved me but when they did they downgraded my room because they didn’t have comparable one available and I was offered no compensation. In general the place was run down: wall paper peeling off the walls, the tv didn’t work well, etc.

Really nice area of town, clean rooms and breakfast was really good.

Location is great. Hotel is clean and so comfortable. Love the access to walking path around the lake ! Breakfast was good and all staff very nice

Upgraded to Executive Suite!!!

The toilet flooded and the whole hotel was dirty and obviously in need of a deep clean and some plumbing maintenance.

Nice hotel,clean,Air conditioner in our room did not cool down and was very hot didn't get much sleep other than that it was good.

Whole stay amazing definitely will book again

We had a great stay and the suite was clean. Only issue was no parking that night. The guy that was working was super nice. He let us park in the front of the hotel until some meeting had finished later that night and then we could move our car into a parking spot. The staff from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was very accommodating and super friendly.

We have stayed here a few times now. And we will probably stay more. The staff is always friendly and extra helpful. The suite we got this time could use some fixing up on the restroom floor and the ceiling fan was leaking water all night. I called to let them know and she said I could get a discount on the room or she could move us and we could get two rooms. My kids were tired and we really didn’t need two rooms so I opted to stay where we were and deal with the water. It was only for one night. She said I couldn’t get the discount because I got the room third party but if I was a Honors member they would give me some things on there if I signed up. I’m not sure when I will see the rewards but I really appreciated the fact that she tried to see what she could do to make everything right with our stay.

After a full day of traveling, we were grateful for the cheerful staff on checking in close to 11:00 pm. The hotel was quiet even though the packed parking lot indicated a full house. The beds were comfortable and getting a restful sleep rejuvenated our spirits as we hit the road for another full travel day.

Great location, breakfast is good and better than most places.

The people on the room above us waked us up around 11:00 pm. It seems like they were running, jumping up and down and being loud and plain discourteous to everyone around them. They were noisy until 1:00am. Called the front desk a couple of times to no avail.

Breakfast option were excellent.

Exceptional

Overall, the room, property, staff and amenities were great. Where improvements need to be made is parking. I circled the parking lot for almost 30 minutes to find a place to park for the evening. Terrible that there is no designated parking for guests.

Loved our stay! Will be back!
