Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls

The lobby was nicer than anticipated after i was told of the remodeling. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. Didn't know there would be remodeling going on.

They are renovating, so it is not renewed yet. The shower head was low pressure. After mentioned it, the team went up and changed out the head before I came back from working. The breakfast team had breakfast ready very early, when I was leaving early and even offered to make eggs for me, though, I was 45 minuets early. My room was changed out fully when I only asked for towels. Staff was friendly and took good care of me.

The breakfast was bad, very disappointing. in the past it had been good. this room should be taken out of service, the plumbing in the bathroom was not functioning properly. No presure the toilet would not flush. I had to fix it in order to get by. Staff could not address. TV was not functioning properly, we had to reset it.

Clean, clean room. Loved the fire place!! Surprisingly quiet to be under renovation.

Large room. Staff was very friendly and somewhat helpful. The shower was covered in black mold, so it was un-usable.

Hotel is fine but definitely needs updating / which I think they are in the process of doing - breakfast was just okay - especially for the price of the room

The property was in construction. I was told about it. That was okay.. but pool was down too didn’t know that. The toilet stopped working and facet for the tub had a continuous water drip.. but I really did enjoy the stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

I went lower on the clean question as there was a lot of maintenance going on at the time. However everything else was great!

When we booked there was nothing anywhere about being any renovation going on. There was no pool,spa or laundry room. With over 100 degree weather everyday of our five nights there and no pool. Also water was off at one point and could not get to the pet area because of all the construction pods blocked the whole area. I understand when construction going on there might be some inconvenience but we should have known about it when making our decision on where to stay. At 180.00 dollars a night to only get a motel 6 accommodation. Very disappointed in Hilton and Expedia I know I will not get any kind of compensation since you already have my money. Know I will not go thru Expedia ever again and may never stay at a Hilton. Save my money and stay someplace cheaper. Thanks for a crummy stay Michael

Brought swimsuits but pool closed for renovation. Whole property was under renovation. Huge containers all along parking lot makes it tough to find a spot to park. Breakfast was wonderful. Slept well. Room a/c wouldn't get under 72.

The renovations are looking good and the room was quite nice. The staff was helpful and got us all set for a good weekend.

Superb

You were upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom suite which was wonderful and very clean and quiet. Lovely indoor pool that had a door to the outside. Everything was very clean! We love the little walking path around the park behind the hotel. There is a university there, which made it feel safe. I don’t think there are any restaurants within walking distance. But we liked everything else very much.

Inexplicably, Hilton properties continue to be unwilling to allow anything beyond a 30 minute late checkout.

Jetted tub was very nice in our room, staff was very lovely. However, there was no disclosure before booking that the entire hotel is under renovation…. So swimming and hot tub are not available. Our rooms fireplace didn’t work, some tile was cracked, and the shower was VERY slippery. I would say the staff, bed, and jetted tub were the only positives.

No pool No ice machine No clean room No trash taken out No towels No soap No toliet paper This place is terrible DO NOT EVER STAY HERE
