Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls

We had a great stay and the suite was clean. Only issue was no parking that night. The guy that was working was super nice. He let us park in the front of the hotel until some meeting had finished later that night and then we could move our car into a parking spot. The staff from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was very accommodating and super friendly.

We have stayed here a few times now. And we will probably stay more. The staff is always friendly and extra helpful. The suite we got this time could use some fixing up on the restroom floor and the ceiling fan was leaking water all night. I called to let them know and she said I could get a discount on the room or she could move us and we could get two rooms. My kids were tired and we really didn’t need two rooms so I opted to stay where we were and deal with the water. It was only for one night. She said I couldn’t get the discount because I got the room third party but if I was a Honors member they would give me some things on there if I signed up. I’m not sure when I will see the rewards but I really appreciated the fact that she tried to see what she could do to make everything right with our stay.

The staff stole my fanny pack with my id money and credit cards. My car key fob and house keys as well as my reading glasses

After a full day of traveling, we were grateful for the cheerful staff on checking in close to 11:00 pm. The hotel was quiet even though the packed parking lot indicated a full house. The beds were comfortable and getting a restful sleep rejuvenated our spirits as we hit the road for another full travel day.

Great location, breakfast is good and better than most places.

The people on the room above us waked us up around 11:00 pm. It seems like they were running, jumping up and down and being loud and plain discourteous to everyone around them. They were noisy until 1:00am. Called the front desk a couple of times to no avail.

Breakfast option were excellent.

Overall, the room, property, staff and amenities were great. Where improvements need to be made is parking. I circled the parking lot for almost 30 minutes to find a place to park for the evening. Terrible that there is no designated parking for guests.

The stay was fine and the room was clean but you could see the wear through out. The breakfast was ok but I like pork sausage and they didn’t have any

The location was okay not hard to find .

The room was good but would benefit from a deep clean. A small thing but the top of the refrig needed cleaned.

The staff was amazing. I was given a room upgrade which was super nice. The pool was chilly but we had fun swimming. Great hotel, great staff and easy to get around.

Conveniently located

Good location by the lake and close to restaurants. Staff weren’t helpful, particularly the receptionist.

When we pulled back the cover to go to bed there was hair in the bed. Gross!!!

Everything! The room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great. My kids loved the indoor pool and basketball court. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Wichita county. We loved everything. Zero complaints from us!
