Comfortable, clean rooms with a good breakfast.

I have to say this is the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Coming from hotel management the brand here is definitely not being upheld from the staff to maintaining of the property itself.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints on them. However, the property was very disappointing. The lighting outside was dark, the side door was broken, the pool was none working, and my room door could only open if you twisted it up. The light in my room would flicker like a scary movie when we turned it on, and the toilet clogged on the first use. The property seemed pretty run-down.

It’s a little dated , but clean .

The front desk staff were extremely kind, happy, and thoughtful. Room was clean, cool, and we were given the specific room we requested. Happy hour, breakfast, and the little amenities shop were good. The hotel is in need of some carpet and paint updating although it was very clean, but the pool was closed for repairs. The outside dog area was grassy and bags and a trash can were available.

The staff was super friendly

All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. In fact, the bed was so lumpy and sagging that I had a hard time sleeping. Since sleeping is the main reason for staying at a hotel, I could give it a very good review.

Outdated, friendly and helpful staff

Pet friendly! Breakfast was good. Place is getting a bit rundown but they’re working on the pool, carpet, and and cosmetic stuff.
-
I liked the roll away bed I did not like how the pool was shut down and has been shut down all summer for “maintenance”
-
2 out of 3 ice machines not working. Property was undergoing some rehab which required a detour to unload luggage
-
Well done. Good coffee. Nice staff, I like that breakfast continues 'til 10:00 (instead of 9:00).

Towels for 2, booked 3 guests. Phone bedside dead and could not call down about towels or a/c. A/C in room would not cool properly dud not cool until early morning hours. No ice machine- Flooded onto carpet across from our room. Hall HOT from elevator to room.

It was a very clean hotel and great location. The staff was super friendly. We just wish the indoor pool would of been open

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it was very hard to sleep. Very disappointed. Shame on you Hampton.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom requires some maintenance as the hand rails are corroding, with rust on the grab bars.
