moldy smell, my shower head did not work

Staff was very friendly and kind to pets, very clean room

Towels for 2, booked 3 guests. Phone bedside dead and could not call down about towels or a/c. A/C in room would not cool properly dud not cool until early morning hours. No ice machine- Flooded onto carpet across from our room. Hall HOT from elevator to room.

It was a very clean hotel and great location. The staff was super friendly. We just wish the indoor pool would of been open

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it was very hard to sleep. Very disappointed. Shame on you Hampton.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom requires some maintenance as the hand rails are corroding, with rust on the grab bars.

I had a great stay here. Everything was well maintained. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. I will probably return in the future and stay there.
