Breakfast was awesome and always and the room was clean and comfortable. (There were 3 decafs and only 1 cafe, but that's minor.) My only complaint is the prolonged absence of the pool.

The accessible room we stayed in was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom is perfect, especially the walk-in shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Super place to stay!

Location and front desk was very pleasant. Faucets in the bathroom were loose. Beds were hard and sunked in in the middle.

Everything about our stay was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room and the entire property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the omelet. Fresh coffee was always available and I liked that. We were in town for MSU family weekend and it is close to the campus. I’ll know this an older property because I stayed there in business trips several years ago. It has been well maintained and renovated through the years. The only thing I noticed is that the carpet in the hallway on the second floor is really worn, especially just outside the elevator. I will definitely stay here again.

The room smelled a little funny. Probably from the old carpet or the AC? There was no computer in the business center. The staff were friendly and the location was pretty good. There were many food places within walking distance.

Down for HotterN Hell.. I ASKED if I could extend check out so I didnt have to try and get all my stuff out at 4 am and could change clothes after ride.. she said no problem.. extend till 12 or 1 I believe and then 25 dollars an hour after.. I said thats totally fair.. KEEP IN MIND, HAD THEY JUST SAID NO I WOULD BEEN OK WITH THAT) I go to check out shortly before 2 and the lady now at desk is refusing to honor that agreement and proceeds to CONTINUOUSLY say how much I've inconvenienced them! Rude! And charged me full price

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was exceptional. They also opened breakfast early as there were several guests in town for a large bike race (including me). The ice machines were broken (in TEXAS in AUGUST), and the pool was not operable.
