After driving 12 hours, I was looking forward to sitting in a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was filled with nasty particles and Hair. I got out and went and took a shower immediately, and my room was without body soap or conditioner. The following warning, I noticed a rash all over my arms. Very disappointed.

Approximately 5 pm, myself and family returned from visits with old friends and shopping to learned our access was denied. We were tired, but especially my grandson was flustered because we had to walk from the back where we were parked in handicap and in the scorching heat to get to the entrance of Courtyard by Marriott. The desk was not attended, by whom I later learned her name was Rebecca. I inquired about access. She was unprofessional. I think both her and the bartender that are on weekend’s should be retrained on customer courtesy and position responsibilities instead of deflecting their inadequacies on the customers. An inexperienced bartender makes for a loss of income especially when she neither knew properly how to make a simple cocktail, and went on to try to sell the party asking something she doesn’t like.

NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. The 1st stay was great King size bed was comfortable. 2nd stay--HORRIBLE. Nate still gets 5 stars BUT the mattresses in the Double Queen room were absolutely horrible. Not just one of them BUT both of them. I can't believe they have not been replaced. The dip in the sides by the nightstand are VERY NOTICEABLE. Very noticeable to the human eye. HUGE DIPS. Yet they wanna charge 189 a night for this. WRONG. We both tried to sleep on the further side from the night stand but the dips were so big we rolled in to them. Not to mention the sound of the springs every time someone moved. I CAN NOT STAY here again due to this. I come every week. Found a new place around the corner. BEDS ARE PERFECT. Just so wrong to not replace those horrid mattresses, especially when they're making enough money to replace them. Also the caulk around the tub/shower was NASTY. Super disappointed. Lost another customer.
