Baymont by Wyndham Wichita Falls

Breakfast was disappointing, wasn't worth going to. Room was outdated, very smelly Like and old run down motel ran by Indians. Didn't have an ADA room available, that it was out of order. Tub was very slippery, so was the pool steps. This room was not worth half the price I was charged. When I called booking .Com to complain they made it very hard . I will never get another room with your company. Oh, and the elevator, you best fix it.

We arrived really late, but the front desk worker was kind and wished my kids a good night. Breakfast was good and hot, and my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool before we left. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are older, so there was paint chipped off furniture and the tub. I felt that the price of the room was expensive for an older room, but our room was clean and the location is perfect for my family.

This is a nice hotel. The only reason I could not give higher marks was the hotel appears to be an older facility showing quite a bit of wear and tear. The elevator is a joke and opens/closes at a snail's pace and so slow going up and down with a little shake when you reach the 1st floor. I used the stairs

This hotel allows groups of men to loiter in the parking lot at night. This hotel did not clean my room or give me a new towel or anything. When I asked why the clerk replied " no we dont clean every day". We had complaints. Of course I got no discount.

We stayed for 4 nights. The beds were really hard and pillows were too small, on site washer was broken, pool was closed for repairs, and there were no hand towels until our last day. We have stayed here before and it was not like this our previous stays.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night to see our son who is in Tech school at Sheppard AFB. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean however; the bathtub drain plug was broken and I had to rig it to stay open so the shower water would drain. There was a used Q tip on the floor in the bathroom. The bed was very hard so neither my husband or I got a good nights rest. The breakfast was decent. Waffles at hotels to me are always good. But the selection was mid. Powdered eggs that were watery, turkey sausage, bread, oatmeal, yogurt and a few mini muffins. No regular muffins, no bagels, no biscuits. But breakfast non the less. Also struck me as odd that there was a tip jar on one of the tables in the dining area. Ummmmm I pay for the hotel and breakfast is a complementary part of that charge. The hotel is a bit outdated. But overall no complaints.

I caught a cockroach crawling on me during the night I caught it and threw it in the toilet then took a picture of it. Showed the picture to the desk clerk the next morning and she just shrugged it off

Would 100% stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Only negative thing is that the shower water never got warm. I did reach out to staff and they were as helpful as they could be.

Good breakfast, clean but needs a lot of repairs

High price than we usually book, but husband was tired of driving. Room was great , large, clean. The desk person was extremely good, app I used to book would not allow me to enter my Wyndham rewards number. I put in my request, and she responded! Extremely good! Breakfast was fair, reviews said meat, eggs and potatoes. Scrambled eggs and turkey sausage , nothing like the review I read
