We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was decent with enough options to get the day started. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant. We'd stay here again.

Breakfast was also exceptional. Had lots of amenities, and NO BED BUGS. The bed sheets were dirty when we got there, and we had to change them. Room has an odd smell.

Conveniently located. Check-in was easy. I had no problem with anything at the hotel.

They were very helpful, and patient with my chaotic children, great location, and very quiet in the building. Breakfast was perfect! The tub had some hairs left in the tub from previous guests.

It was worth the price.

I think we got in our room too early. I don’t think they were done cleaning it. We had no hand towels. Wen totake a shower no hot water lukewarm at best thought maybe it was just a thing at night. Try to take one in the morning exact same thing lukewarm water.

Common areas: Clean, inviting lobby with 24/7 hot beverage area (warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies one night!). Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). Within 5 mins of Braum's (delish ice cream treats & good burgers) & Masala & Curry (excellent Indian restaurant). Parking: Just enough. Front spots were sparse. There is a larger side lot & key card opens side door. Room: With the exception of both nightstands, which were topped with obvious large sticky streaks, my room was clean & comfortable. Maintenance came on day 1 (while I was out) to replace the hair dryer that didn't work. Housekeeping made up the room once, the day before I checked out (used towels & sticky nightstands remained untouched). Breakfast: Offered were sliced bread and mini muffins, bananas, Jif, scrambled eggs, sausage links or crumbles, fresh chopped salsa (sometimes), flour tortillas, & "lite" yogurt, OJ or apple juices, tea/coffee. No gluten free options (including sausage - I asked, in advance). Pool: Cool and wet, but much smaller than appears in picture. With families using it in its entirety most evenings, the best time to go for an actual swim, was morning. No complaints. The Baymont suited the purpose of my trip and was reasonably priced for what it offered. I would stay there again.

An older hotel. Just didn’t feel as updated, which made it feel a bit less clean bc of it being older. Staff was so nice. Small indoor pool, but only us when we used it.

Nothing at all Cleanliness

The were out of ice buckets. Incidental fee, while understandable in the circumstances they explained, are too high for local residents. Staff helpful. Running in hallways was not curtailed.
-
Good location to where we were staying. Very loud on my hall, someone was smoking, had to call to receive towels.

Breakfast was ok, need more options. Room was cool but we didn’t have any towels. Carpet near unit was wet.

We have stayed here several times in the last 2 years, but the last time (June 16-17) was somewhat below par. They did not have any water when we arrived at 7:00pm due to water heater issues. No fault of the hotel and water was restored by about 8:30. Was told we would have hot water in about 30 minutes. Did not get hot water that night so we retired without a shower. The next morning we had intermittent warm but not hot water. Not a big deal for us. The biggest complaint was the lack of proper cleaning of the room, particularly the bathroom. A used washcloth fell from the shower rail when the curtain was opened. A partially used package of razors were found in the closet and the closet door had blue tape to try to help keep it shut. The soap rack in the shower had black gunk/mold in the corner and crevices. Did not appear that the cleaning staff took much time or effort. On a positive note the staff at check in and check out were very nice.

Breakfast was good. I was actually concerned with our vehicle and personals in the vehicle. Parking was not convenient.

Good location Hot water heaters were replaced today which always allows dirt and air into the lines. Shower had no pressure with sand/silt in the bathtub where they had attempted to flush the lines. Sink barely would run because the aerator was almost plugged - which I removed. The only option they gave was to live with it or check out with a refund. They did apologize for not letting me know when we checked in. Not a good option at 10:00 pm. Very disappointing as it has been a good stopping place over the last several years.

Pool was nasty and cold
-
everything was good, the room was nice and clean, the pool was small and the hot tub was cemeted in but other than that everything was close by. Would stay there again.

Room was supposed to have two beds, but only had one. Property was being painted while we were there and sally port was closed off the entire time. Caused issue with my mother who has to utilize a walker.

Helpful staff, but rooms could use some work. Missing hooks cracks in bathroom times. Plus the WiFi never connected on any of our devices. Across our family we had four rooms in the hotel and multiple people in each room, the WiFi wouldn’t connect for anyone Apple or Android users.
