Baymont by Wyndham Wichita Falls

We were really disappointed when staying here. We were having some work done on our home and thought maybe staying at a hotel would just be easier. When we first checked in we were told we would be charged an EXTRA $200 hold just because we were local? Then the washer and dryer, the snack machine, and the waffle maker were all out of order. On top of that we had no hot water in our room. We stayed for 2 nights and 2 cold showers and then finally asked to be checked out early. Will not be staying here again.

Trash was still in room when we arrived, only had one bath towel in room. The second day we were forced to use the stairs as the elevator was out of service and it was difficult for my disabled wife. Was not able to access the Wi-Fi so I couldn’t use my computer for three days

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. We were a little disappointed the property no longer has a hot tub. Overall a great place to stay for the price.

The staff were superb! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the variety was great. Love staying there. Location was very near the family I was visiting. Easy to get around.

When we got to our room there was only one bath towel and no hand towels. We’ e stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem

The staff in the mid night to morning needs to be more polite

My room had a problem with small black ants. I found them on the desk and on/in the sink. I didn’t discover them until late. There were no rooms available to move to.

Bathroom was small. We didn’t have towels in our room when we arrived.

The bed was super comfy. All was quiet and nice. Only thing wrong is that they forgot to put clean towels in the room. I’m sure they would have brought some to me but I didn’t notice until I was already in the shower

We stayed for 1 night, The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well.

Satisfied with the amenities and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast menu could have been better.

Water pressure was extremely low and they didn’t have any wash rags available. Had to leave the shower on 20 minutes for it to get warm not hot. Other than that hotel was nice and clean

Absolutely, no complaints!

The inside area was beautiful and there was ample parking with well lit areas that made us feel good since it is right off the highway. The bathroom really needs some work. I was suprised at what looked like water damage around the tub. It made it seem like the property isn't maintained well, at least the bathrooms. The options for the breakfast were slim when we got there, which was late morning but still in the time frame for breakfast. It was also a weekday so I was a little surprised. Other than that, the staff were good and the room was also good.

Our room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was not very warm. The breakfast was good and the staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty, there isn't housekeeping during the week. The hotel is full of contractors that leave bags of trash and piled up towels in the hallway. The entire hotel smells like a rotten trash can. I would never stay again and would not recommend to anyone. The cops were also there both nights.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Staff was professional and kind. Our only issue was that we were only left with one towel and no hot water. We arrived late in the evening and did not bother the staff since it was just my husband and I. We managed with what we had. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. Smelled so good I tried to see if I could purchase some full size bottles for the house. The breakfast was as expected. The value of the overall experience was exceptional for the price we paid. I’m sure the water issue would have been addressed if we’d been staying long enough to have it addressed.
