Spark by Hilton Wichita Falls

Nice newer facilities compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in two other hotels on different trips but were not very convinced to go back, now there is no need to try other hotels in the area. They are within walking distance to a 24/7 market were you can get anything you need for your stay and a short drive to great restaurants. Unfortunately our sheets in the bed were stained. Because we checked in late the day of our stay we couldn’t really do much about it. We were given a pet friendly room so we noticed a bit of smell also, and some damage to the room (e.i. scratches to bathroom door and walls)

Hotel was nice enough, room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff was nice . The continental breakfast was pretty minimal but had coffee, cereal, yogurt, some pastry items and coffee. Overall not bad , but for 200$ was pretty average

The room was great! Clean and the bed was soft and cozy.

The bed was comfortable and it was not extremely loud outside the hotel in the middle of the night like the last few hotels I have stayed in.

Breakfast was good,,location was good v Over price for a motel 6 type motel

Couldn't get shower to work neither could staff, breakfast buffet was pathetic and not open at 6am as stated

Completely our mistake that we booked the wrong date. However the hotel chain were unable to offer a sensible alternative $100 more for each of the two rooms we booked, and refused to credit or return our full payment. Despite being told they are heavily booked constantly due to the local construction work.

Overnight stay. Room comfy and clean No complaints

The staff was super nice. The room was big and clean. My only complaint would be water pressure, other than that the stay was excellent. Close to many restaurants and stores. Over all would definitely book again.

Seems like this hotel was an older building that was recently renovated. They did a good job. Bed was comfy. Pillows could use some work. Clean. No bad odors. Staff was nice. Not loud. My only compliant was for some reason my door made a very loud squeaking noise when I opened or closed it. Didn't really both me, but Im sure my neighbors didn't like it.

On the ground directly outside the door exciting the building was old food, pizza box, trash, alcohol with ants all over it and trailing into hotel. This was there when we checked in and still there at check out. Noticed some Hilton’s really gone down hill.

Front desk was very helpful

We loved this Hotel. It was our first time we stayed here. The girl at check in was unbelievably nice and courteous.She had a smile on her face and looked like she really liked her job. Much different from most hotels we have stayed in!!!The room was large and immaculate. We give the Hotel a 10 and will definitely be back.

Room was hot & sticky, air conditioner did work well , for the price not worth it

Overnight stay Had to move rooms because electric wasn’t working and second room the bathroom had a tub without shower. Breakfast was subpar

The rooms were very spacious and very clean! Our first stay at this particular property and it was a great experience!! Even with the elevator out of service— We were still very happy with our experience!!! 💯💯

Toilet was nasty and dirty and so was the bedding

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very easy parking
