Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Wichita Airport

Everything was good

No clean towels were available when asked, was told they’d bring some up to the room when they were washed. Never brought up. Went back down multiple of times, still same answer. Do not recommend this hotel. Staff was not helpful at all.

The property is a older hotel showing wear one of elevators were not working the elevator was the smallest elevator I have ever used in 55 years the breakfast was poor cold sausage and eggs the only thing acceptable was the hot waffle machine and coffee and juice no sweet rolls I will pay more next time in Wichita

Very clean well kept hotel. Found the amenities a little basic, but the staff was very accommodating. Our son is autistic so we usually avoid hotels due to constantly receiving complaints. But the Hotel staff at this Hawthorne suites made sure we had a bottom room and were very helpful to us. Definitely recommend.

Front desk help was wonderful

Online the hotel looks bright and updated but in person it was dated, cracks in the floors, room doors seal was broken, the bathroom tub tile was falling apart. Just overall did not look how it looks from the pictures

The room was very nice, with microwave and fridge which were useful for us. The bed was great. We loved breakfast, much better than many hotels with the same stars. Location is great for what we needed. The lobby has been renovated and rooms too but the elevator and carpets looked outdated

The room was clean when we checked in. We ate breakfast most of our stay. It was nice being able to have a hot breakfast after working all night. Everyone was friendly. It does get noisy in the hallways, but for the most part I was able to sleep through all of the extra sounds. The only con is the dryer. They have one dryer that is not working or turned on. The middle dryer doesn't dry clothes. It feels like the heating element doesn't work. I had to pay extra to get my clothes to dry.

I’m disabled and I had a walk in shower on 1st floor. Grab bars in bathroom. Mini breakfast was a plus.

Very friendly staff. Totally accommodating with a litter night last minute stay in the middle of severe weather and a flash flood.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would say when you first pull in the property looks a little suspicious, but once you walk in it's very nice.

Checking in was easy..room was clean.
