Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Wichita Airport

The guest room was clean as a whistle. The guest elevator exhibited many signs of wear and tear (scarred walls and worn down floor) which casts a questionable atmosphere about the entire facility.

This was possibly one of the best experiences that I've had in this price range of hotel. The shower was phenomenal although be careful if you have small children because the water was very hot. Breakfast was pretty basic but included sausage, eggs, and potatoes. The pool was showing some signs of wear but was great for the price point.

Great overnight stay!

Clean The front desk staff has ZERO customer service

Too was not bad. Had to change room because the first room assigned was not cooling but was given another room when notified.. Unable to get YouTube on television but maybe need television guide. Breakfast okay. The elevator needs work on. Parking was great.

I didn’t feel safe at this place. The way up to the room felt creepy. The elevator was very dirty that my daughter’s asked if it was dried up blood! I only booked this place because we were passing by and needed a room for the night. The hotel pictures online are very deceiving! I woke up every hour of the night just because I didn’t feel safe. We couldn’t have breakfast because the spoonful of scrambled eggs were soaking in liquid (water I assume) there was no toast, no sausage, no milk for the cereal and no batter for the waffles, only spilled syrup. We were only able to get a mini muffin. It would seem like we went for breakfast at the last minute but it was an hour after breakfast opened up! I wouldn’t stay at this place again nor recommend.

Terrible

Superb

Very good

Best thing: no carpet in rooms. Has big fridge, coffee maker, micro and nice workspace.

Nice and clean with a very helpful staff. I stayed there a week and would again for sure. Pool area is super nice

It’s pretty decent for what you pay for. My only complaint is that if they know how many days you are gonna be there, give me enough coffee for the week when you only do housekeeping once.

Very clean property, super nice and helpful staff Only one elevator worked. Besides that loved my stay

Excelent hotel

Everything was good

No clean towels were available when asked, was told they’d bring some up to the room when they were washed. Never brought up. Went back down multiple of times, still same answer. Do not recommend this hotel. Staff was not helpful at all.
