No staff to bring your towels, tissue and other things up to the room

The lobby/breakfast area has recently been remodeled. It is nice & comfortable. The breakfast is "ok", nothing special (eggs, sausage, waffle maker). the rooms have all been remodeled. They look nice, but there is a moldy smell in every room. The front desk staff was very helpful & let us change rooms to one that did not smell as strong.
