Motel 6 Wichita, KS

Poor

The location was perfect Facilities was filthy and stuff all over the walls sheets wasn’t clean or washed had stuff on them

Availability Cracks in the floor and the ceiling

Dirty

It was clean and my room was easy for DoorDash to locate. My room type was different from what I like but I did not see a place to specify options on Booking.com. I got a smoking room but I do not smoke. Thankfully the room was clean and had no smell. The other feature was that I did not see to select was handicapped or at least first floor. The room was upstairs and so I stayed upstairs ordered my meal delivered. I do not believe the hotel was responsible. They indicated I had booked that option.

Exceptional

Nice clean room, my cats were welcome, it was a great place to stay while I waited to move onto my apartment!! I had to have my mom rent my room, because I'm not 21

Nothing room dirty bed sheets had stuff on them. Felt very uncomfortable didn't stay left. Was in room maybe around an hour. Didn't feel good felt like someone was watching us. Couldn't shake the bad feelings and vibes had to leave. T.V. couldn't get hardly any channels worth watching. Bed horrible and sheets and blankets didn't feel clean or look clean blanket had holes. The bathroom looked horrible wouldn't give an animal a bath or shower in there plus burn marks and peeling everywhere. Sitting on toilet felt nasty. Overall experience very bad. Wanted my money back but knew they wouldn't so just left.

When I checked in the staff tried to charge me $10 a day per pet. I told him that that was fraudulent since this was a motel six. Very dishonest people.

It's a big gap between door frame and the door. And it's a big crack in the bathroom ceiling and looks like mold forming. And the prices on the vending machines are outrageous.

Being upstairs. The staff is good. It's a big gap between door frame and the door. And it's a big crack in the bathroom ceiling and looks like mold forming. And the prices on the vending machines are outrageous.

Clean rooms and the staff are great. There is always parking and air conditioning is always on point .

The inside of the room There's a women with a kid at the front desk and she has terrible customer service. She yelled at my husband and I over our $50 deposit. We still haven't received our deposit back neither.
