Motel 6 Wichita, KS

Most of the staff here are amazing and I really enjoy interacting with them when it's necessary.

Unfortunately there is no pool at this location available for use. Other than that, I've had good experiences almost every time I've stayed.

Sure stay now open.. Motel 6 has raised their prices again 70 to 90 dollars.. I have paid both... Sure Stay hotel next door is now open... The room I stayed in had burnt holes in the blankets.Burnt marks in the bathroom in the shower on the toilet.And in the sink.. No cable t v.. The room stinks just like the front office , does stinks like body order , just like the front office.. Fridge, raider was not plugged in microwave is missing.The glass plate inside of the microwave.. But all in all a good peaceful stay.. But the only motel that allows smoking.. Definitely , a one or two star motel still...

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I will be booking there more often. Everything you need is within walking distance.

There was a significant infestation of cockroaches, and the neighborhood is very bad. Definitely not worth seventy dollars a night

A storm had passed thru during our stay and our room had a bad leak!! Staff didn't apologize, nothing! Just said "oh I'll make a note of that"

Nice people, hotel needs work. Cold air, bathroom decent. Lol the pool. Run down area.

The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-(

Clean, and was not smelling smoke

Room had roaches, pool is disgusting, and closed. Filled with black water. Tv did not even work properly and screen was so zoomed in and grainy and you could not even fix it or see clearly.

The AC worked great Everything was bad. Said they had a pool but the pool wasn't in working condition. Rooms were dirty stains on the sheets black spots all over the walls. Got there shortly after 2 pm check in time and was told to come back at 3 pm.We were supposed to have a king bed put us in a 2 queen room. I mean you get what you pay for here that's for sure. Oh and there was hair all over the shower like it hadn't been cleaned. Only had 1 wash rag in the bathroom when I asked for towels and was told to wait then told to ask the cleaners when I asked the cleaners was told 10 min. We just grabbed stuff off the cleaning cart for our room. They acted like we were bothering them when asked for towels and they were literally standing next to our room.

Pool wasn’t clean and filled. No coffee

It's quiet. The rooms are clean if you have issues Maintenance is pretty quick to get around and take care of it. The staff is friendly loads of parking.

Did not look like the pictures. Pool did not have any water , it was very swampy and dirty.

This place is cheap and that’s about all I can say positive about it. It says fully stocked kitchen which is not true at all. There’s a microwave, a stove top and a refrigerator. It says WiFi but we couldn’t pick up a signal on any of our devices anywhere on the property. The woman with the pony tail who works the front desk in the mornings is the rudest and nastiest hotel clerk I’ve ever met who makes that place a nightmare. We were there a month and yesterday morning, she came to the door demanding payment and we tried to explain to her that my paycheck would load any minute and we would pay for two weeks but she tried locking us out of our room stating we couldn’t get back in to even get our belongings and she called the police who let us get our things. Even the police were confused why a hotel wouldn’t wait a few minutes and get two weeks payment instead the room is sitting there vacant. Real smart. We were there a month; we never caused any problems, we kept the room clean. We paid daily housekeeping fees but the entire time we were there, housekeeping never once came to our door to even offer us clean linens and a couple times we asked for sheet and towel exchanged but each time we were told they had none available. A hotel with no clean sheets or towels is crazy. We just washed our own stuff, like the cop said, there are a ton, pretty much every other hotel in town, that will be happy to book to us and take our two weeks payment. That place will close with her there.

A very bad place. One of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Roaches and lots of them. The place is a dump, everything is broken and nobody seems to care. There are so many other places around…. Go there!!!
