One of the TVs didnt work in the suites but the air-conditioning was working fine during the heat.

Clean room and staff are sweet

It was so bad upon entering the room that I could not stay. I was concerned about my personal safety due to the environment and the activity in the parking lot. The room was to be non-smoking but the were cigarette burns in both bed spreads. The room was unique as it was 2 rooms that were converted into one. The room was secluded. The pool had about a foot of green slime. Not recommended for anyone.

A well managed mid level motel. Good bed. It is not a full service place but it is clean and well kept. Staff is very accommodating.

Staff the lady is very rude, made me leave for no reason after I paid. Stay for one night and the next morning I I paid on online just like the day before, the lady said she didn't see my confirmation told her I will be down to show her is paid for and she start yelling and called the police. Used the same online site I've been using this whole year dealing with them, I stay in another city now so I come down and visit my mother and family, I use the same site for years. I went Thur my confirmation site to book the room again today and she tried tell me I booked at the wrong room motel 6 and motel studio, I rented the studio yesterday with the same site and Thur my confirmation page so I know she lying. My itinerary say it a deluxe room double bed queen studio. So I asked her well if it's the wrong put me in the right room, she refuses, now I have been a faith customer of there for years.

They where very rude

Good location, price was decent as long as we booked through a third party site like Priceline. Paying at the property was close to $100 a night which is outrageous and way over priced for what you get. The staff are absolutely the worst excuse for hotel staff I’ve ever come in contact with. The one woman with long hair that’s always in a pony tail has the nastiest attitude and is always in a bad mood giving dirty looks and just makes customers want to leave asap.

Yes, the kitchen was ready to use, cold full size refrigerator with freezer. Debris and dead bugs on the floor, sheets on bed looked nasty with burnholes and debris. Bathroom and walls everywere very dirty stained poorly cleaned very gross. TVS did not work in first room needed to be moved. TVS didn't work in second at first, put staff got it working with a new remote. For the price not horrible. But little things like cleaning should be more of a focus in my humble opinion.

Staff never came by saying if we needed anything like towels sheets or anything done and I've been here for 3 weeks

Front staff lady was very rude

Clean and comfortable Difficult to get in. When we went to park for our room there were 5 Wichita PD cars there dealing with a person.

Was put in a smoking room when my reservations says non-smoking I was able to capture the booking details called the owner the day after I realized that I was in the smoking room she argued and chewed me out and demanded that I booked the smoking room which I knew I hadn't so I was able to locate my reservation online and called the person that I booked the hotel through hot hotels and they've been giving me the runaround so if I don't get a full refund back I will be filing a small claims report I have asthma and bronchitis I have breathing machine and I have an asthma pump due to being around people that smoke and I have a serious asthma bronchitis issue and it's against the law for them to place you in a room especially when you didn't ask for a smoking room

The room was comfortable. I do not like that upon checkout. I was supposed to receive a deposit back and didn't get refunded after she told me the money was sent back to my card, then I asked for proof, she refused to give it to me. After then speaking with another representative, he stated that the female said there was damage to the room. I slept in the bed and took a shower. Why would you tell me the money was deposited back to my card and then say I damaged the room just to keep the money? If this was true, why didn't she just state that in the first place. I do not recommend anyone going to this place.

Shower curtain in the room hadn't been changed in probably over a year you can smell like mold mildew in the bathroom they need to expand those showers or showers or not handicapped accessibility they're too small they need to redo those showers and then they will be the one of the best hotels at the price that they offer in Wichita they've cleaned the property up so good there's no more loud music no more people hanging out only the people that hang out or the people there have their rooms there so they've done excellent on cleaning that property up I remember I wouldn't rent a room there because of the the issues that were currently there and I didn't know they had kitchenettes so in the future if I need somewhere to go I will be renting a room from them again but they just need to get those showers redone showers are too small

Nothing really other than it was close to everything. The first night we stayed we were NOT charged a deposit. However the second night we stayed they charged us a $50 deposit and the lady couldnt explain why there was a difference in that. Also, we spotted SEVERAL ROACHES IN OUR ROOM!!!!!
