This property needs a remodel soon. Beds are comfy and the location is quiet and beautiful. But there is Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling, bathtub chipped with rust stain, dated color scheme. The staff were good, the breakfast is an extra charge and was not available yet as we departed early. I feel this properly is overpriced.

Most importantly our room door was very hard to lock on the first night . on the second night it would not lock. We used the latch thing but did not feel secure.

Staff was great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed to be upgraded to match the quality of the hotel. The shower water pressure was not great and the shower head was horrible. The breakfast was not what I expected. I travel all the time for work and spend on average 10 nights a month in hotels. Overpriced

I liked the location I wasn’t charged the right amount like it said would be booked on here. not only that but they claim they have free breakfast and then we were charged for it after.

Great location, well maintained comfy rooms. Just what you'd expect from Hilton.

Great location was able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, bed was good.

Everything after the lobby goes downhill. The elevator was filthy looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways. The room appears clean but not so much upon a closer look. I went to look out the window at a gorgeous views and noticed the A/C was covered with hair. Almost like a man had shaved his beard over it. There was no trash bag in the trash can. There weren’t very many towels so I called down to the front desk to ask for towels to be brought up. The woman at the desk said I could have some but I’d have to come get them as she was not allowed to leave the desk. When I went to the lobby for the towels, no one was at the desk. Pillows are a personal preference and these weren’t great (to me). There was zero firmness and they were thin. The blankets were scratchy and not very warm. No extra blankets in the closet. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig. Very nice items to have. The coffee area was fully stocked. The only hanger in the bathroom for towels was on the door and too sleek to keep the towel on.

I’ve already rated a variety of things! We love the consistency between the various Hilton Garden Inns in terms of decor and offerings. The location of this hotel is ideal; plenty to do within walking distance.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the location and the price. We would stay there again. The tub needed refurbishing. (Rusted)
-
Our room didn’t have sheets on the bed. Pool was gross and run down and hot tub was hot. Not worth the price I paid.
-
Location to my tile pick up The breakfast was an extra $$

Nice location, beds were comfy, hot tub was great. Staff was professional. All was great!
-
The Hot Tub was out of order!
-
Had to pay for a buffet breakfast or even the continental breakfast and it was pretty high. I couldn’t eat anyway as I had a surgery that morning, but the price is ridiculous. I’d rather go to I-Hop or Waffle House for that price. Also the hot tub wasn’t working and was really looking forward to that.

The location is great, but the hotel is tired.

I took off my hat and coat and when back to the counter to check in by myself. Had zero problems giving me a room when I was alone. She then told me to complain about the soccer teams so she could kick them out and how made comments about how awful their parents were. I was gobsmacked by her behavior, comments, and attitude towards guests at 3:00 p.m. she also had no idea that I was one of those parents and the team manager who made the reservation for 19 families. Guess I will skip hotel when we are in town I next month…
