Everyone at the Wichita Hilton Garden Inn was super helpful and super friendly. It was a very enjoyable stay

Disappointing
-
Despite saying it had a restaurant there was none. And the buffet breakfast was grossly overpriced at $15.
-
Quiet hotel, great restaurant choices within walking distance, and a duck pond in the back. It’s less than 10 minutes to Wichita State. Great location! I would stay here again. Breakfast is extra, but coffee is free.
-
All of the staff were excellent. The breakfast was confusing. For $15.00 I would expect a full “to order” breakfast. What was included for a cost and what was considered a “ continental breakfast “ was very confusing.

Bed bugs were found.

We have used this property multiple times. Convenient and close to Bradley Fair area. Amenities appear to gradually decrease each time we stay which makes it nothing special anymore but we will continue to use it for its location in the future. Other hotel chains are opening nearby which could change our trajectory..

Good place, nice little shopping center near the hotel
-
The hotel is old. The carpets are old, there is the old musky smell. The gymn has only one treadmill. The location is amazing - high end homes and shopping around but the hotel is really basic like a 2.5 star hotel.
-
The carpet was shedding little fibers all over the place, the chair was absolutely FILTHY, the windows were smeared in hand prints & slobber? The curtains were dirty, the bathtub needs to be refinished (awful)! Could be a great hotel! Will not stay again!

Exceptional

I liked the gym, the lake with the walking path and the location. There was a variety of restaurants and Bradley Fair outdoor mall is in walking distance. I didn't like that the continental breakfast wasn't free and I wasn't told that I would need to request housekeeping during my 4 night stay. Apparently Hilton only offers Housekeeping upon request.
-
It was honestly the worst Hilton garden inn I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty. The bed was awful, the elevator wasn’t working and the lady at the front desk had no idea what was going on. The shower was dirty and unlevel like standing in a well. Will not be going back there for sure
-
This property needs a remodel soon. Beds are comfy and the location is quiet and beautiful. But there is Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling, bathtub chipped with rust stain, dated color scheme. The staff were good, the breakfast is an extra charge and was not available yet as we departed early. I feel this properly is overpriced.

Superb
-
Most importantly our room door was very hard to lock on the first night . on the second night it would not lock. We used the latch thing but did not feel secure.
-
Staff was great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed to be upgraded to match the quality of the hotel. The shower water pressure was not great and the shower head was horrible. The breakfast was not what I expected. I travel all the time for work and spend on average 10 nights a month in hotels. Overpriced

I liked the location I wasn’t charged the right amount like it said would be booked on here. not only that but they claim they have free breakfast and then we were charged for it after.
-
Great location, well maintained comfy rooms. Just what you'd expect from Hilton.
