The property and rooms were very clean and bright and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The room was clean. Clean bathrooms in the lobby. Having Bar Louie was the best thing about the hotel. Had booked a king room a month or better prior to showing up at the hotel. Was told it was over booked and got stuck in a double queen room instead. Then wanted a hot shower and only air and then followed by cold water came out of faucet. Can not see myself staying at this hotel again. Should have went to the Double Tree down the road.

The QUIETNESS and comfort was a welcome relief. Cheers! The sliding bathroom door was heavy, with the inside door handle hard to close ( I realize that it had to be flush, but not easily gripped.) Not a deal breaker by any means tho.

Clean, friendly, quiet, very good fitness room Maybe a hot tub. Maybe breakfast included in the room price.

Great location, the shuttle was so convenient and the driver was so nice. He was great positive start to our travel day. The young lady who checked us in gave us a great room location. Very much enjoyed our stay.

It was very nice, clean and a great atmosphere. The restaurant was nice, bartenders great and the food was very good. Nothing

No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of admittance to this issue. I didn't get any type of reimbursement, and I didn't ask, but acting as though I was being untruthful about there not being any hot, or even warm, water was weird and not someone I'd want to give my business to in the future.
