Very clean room and property I really have no complaints

Most everything regarding accommodations The location was a bit difficult.

Great location, the shuttle was so convenient and the driver was so nice. He was great positive start to our travel day. The young lady who checked us in gave us a great room location. Very much enjoyed our stay.

It was clean the location was great close to the airport and a lot of different food options I was tripple charged for my room when presented this problem to the front desk he told me he didn't have the patience to deal with it

No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of admittance to this issue. I didn't get any type of reimbursement, and I didn't ask, but acting as though I was being untruthful about there not being any hot, or even warm, water was weird and not someone I'd want to give my business to in the future.

Clean rioms, attentive staff. On-site restaurant, Bar Louies was disappointing. Service was extremely slow and food even slower.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport made our travel easy. The hotel was clean and the price was great.

The whole staff was SUPER friendly and helpful!! My kids loved that the pool was open until 11pm! We loved how clean everything was thru out the ENTIRE hotel. ?????? My only complaint is that there wasn’t any disposable cutlery in the room. We had dinner leftovers and didn’t think to grab plastic silverware so when we got out our food from the mini fridge, heated it up in the microwave, we had to use our hands. ?

Nice bed, comfortable room, friendly staff I am so done with barn door style bathroom doors.

Staff was fine. No hot water, tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, doors key cards only worked once. Place just opened having many issues.
