Room was clean when we arrived, however multiple light bulbs were out in bathroom, and both the sink and tub faucets leaked.

It needs to be updated. Remove the stale carpet from the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for our entire stay. We specifically chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, and this was not disclosed before booking. In addition, the TV in our room did not work during our stay. Maintenance came and attempted to fix it but was unable to get it working. With both the pool and TV unavailable, there was very little for our children to do while we were at the hotel. I hope the hotel addresses maintenance issues and communicates amenity closures to future guests before they book.

The room was clean, housekeeping was responsive, front desk folks were helpful. We had a few glitches like some of the ice machines not working, but they were offset by big fluffy pillows and great showers. Overall a good experience, and I would stay here again.

It was a convenient location The room was showing some wear. Sheer curtains were dirty, possibly mold.

We enjoyed our stay here after we had left another that was terrible experience. The staff was very kind. Our room was clean. Parking was convenient.
