Front sliding door would not open one day. Bath towels had holes in them. Breakfast was minimal. Air conditioner caused carpet and bedding to be damp. We have stayed there before and the property has not been maintained. Will not stay at this location again.

It was ok The elevator was turned off had to climb the stairs, it wouldn’t been bad but bad knees,plus breakfast was cold and the fruit was no good

The room smelled like mold. The A/C unit changed by 2 degrees at a time and didn't help dry out the mold smell. The carpet was very dirty and the elevator didn't work with NO notices posted.

We had a really nice stay. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well and allowed me to check out two hours later for a small fee. We will definitely stay again!

Location Where to begin….broken elevator, no hot tub as advertised, disgusting pool, loud a/c, front desk worker busy eating with friend in breakfast room.

TV didn't work, got stuck in elevator.

Clean comfortable room, large with couch. I got a &10 discount for no elevator. Elevator not working. Had to climb stairs I’m old. Should have been a 50% discount for such an inconvenience. I was told they didn’t know how to reach me to let me know in advance, yet my phone and email were printed on the reservation. No tv in front of couch. Only in front of bed. Light switch did not operate lamps. Room is dark, couldnt find way to turn on some lamps.

I requested that I have a ground level floor or elevator neither was available and a late response didn’t give me much choice but to suffer climbing stairs to get to my room now they did accommodate me to the second floor, which they told me the third floor was where I needed to be, but I had to take a disability room, which was OK, but I still suffered getting into my room Elevator was out of order

The room was not cleaned very well before we got there there was somebody's fake nails left on the desk and in the drawers. Cable box was unplugged and behind the dresser. The elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. No vending. Fan in the bathroom was broken.

We asked for an accessible room over a month ago and when they knew the elevator was broken they should have made sure we were at least on the first floor. Stairs to the second floor weren't bad but far away from breakfast n the office
