Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - Airport

No pool like the app said. Trash in room, stains on sheets. Bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. AC wasn’t working well.

The staff made everything possible to make me feel comfortable.

Lots of parking available which was nice since I was pulling a work trailer. Good security… as you can’t even access anything past the front desk without a key.. Cindy needs and pillows. No coffee.. no coffee in lobby… only soda and snack vending machines… it’s a full set up in the rooms, full size fridge. Kitchen counter and burner to cook… no coffee in the rooms either.

Location was great! The hotel is out dated. The mattresses were to small for the cheap frames. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Thin towels. Will not stay again for the price we paid.

Couldn't even check in appears they don't take chime cards but didn't bother to say anything when I called to confirm my reservation and to pay over the phone said they don't take payments over the phone and don't accept cash either very other extended stay I have ever stayed at accepted chime cards or cash

Location Staff wasn't really pleasant, room was dirty, needed a bank card not debit card and wasn't notified of this until we stepped on property and had all ready paid in advance for room. Almost couldn't get room or refund. No towels or toiletries.

Proximity to airport Smell, sticky floors

Everything was good overall. The only problem I had was with the shower. It was difficult getting the faucet to switch to the shower when pulling up on the plunger, but I got a decent shower. It’s just worn out and needs to be replaced. I let the manager know and she said she’d make it right next time I stay.

Clean facility friendly staff

Horrible absolutely awful. No bathroom door knob, bugs soon as we walked in. It was 8 hours till our flight , I would rather sleep in the airport.

The staff was pretty friendly & helpful!!! The rooms were clean & it was close 2 alot of different restaurants!!!
