Terrible experience Rude attendant. Plumbing clogged. TV didn’t work.

First room they gave me didn’t have any bedding and the door key did not work. Also, room had a bad smell and again no bedding. No towels and no air conditioner. Room was bad over all.

I didn't like absolutely anything about this place. We didn't even stay for the entire night. It was hot. The air didn't work. Television didn't work properly. And that was the second room they put us in. The first room was worst than the second. This is a horrible Motel and should be shut down. And Booking. com should no longer keep them listed as a place to stay. It was completely unsatisfactory. Absolutely nothing

The size of the suite was bigger than expected but that could be due to the sparsity of the amenities/furniture. No trash cans, no towels, no soap/shampoo/etc.

Nothing it was very disgusting I hated everything about this hotel no hot water at all and there were bare wires hanging out of the walls where the plug should have been water would not drain down in the sinks beds did not have blankets

Nothing At All Heat/Air Doesn’t Work, Tv Doesn’t Work Properly, Electrical Wires Out Everywhere, Pet Feces In Room and All Around Facility.. Rude Service, No Refunds even If Not Staying There

No bedding or even locks that work or key to pretend every entry into my room from kind citizens and a card No lock n door

I liked absolutely nothing sbout this hotel First off the first 3 rooms they tried to put me in were completely unfinished and one was missing the whole deadbolt so there was an actual hole in the door

Absolutely nothing There was blood and hair all over the beds there was a swastika drawn in blood on a vehicle hood outside the hotel it was absolutely disgusting. Filthy trash and NASTY. 1000000% would NEVER RECOMMEND. We left immediately and were denied a refund.

Nothing I can't even find anybody help me to check in the place was looked like it was vacant I couldn't even get into the door to check in it looked like it was ran down and I am very unsatisfied and I would like my refund back into my bank ASAP please I didn't like anything about the place I had to go somewhere else cuz I couldn't get help to be checked in and the guy online property manager couldn't even help me one bit not satisfied

The size of the room was the best part This was a terrible place. I will never go back.

nothing air conditioner didn't work well and falling out of the unit. The lock was broken in the main door and bathroom(if I shut the bathroom door I would have been locked in the bathroom), Mold on the ceiling with holes. The bathroom sink leaked. there were paint stains and mold in carpet. The TV didn't work there The refrigerator didn't work. When I went to talk to the office the doors were closed and locked. there was no phone.

The guy that checked me in and out was courteous and friendly Absolutely everything else. The building was run down and dirty inside and out. Doors didn't lock properly, automatically opening doors didn't automatically open. Also, bedbugs, bedbugs bedbugs

Spacious rooms, friendly and flexible staff, great housekeeping staff,great rates. Maintenance slow at responding to work orders, breakfast consists of snack size packaged donuts if you are one of the first to arrive . No coffee or juice. Pop Vending machine only takes credit/debit. Dryer cost $5.50 per cycle.

So dirty Nightmare Everything

Disgusting. Not clean. Should be given at least a partial refund immediately. Wouldn’t pay more than -10 for the deplorable conditions. It was dirty and disgusting

The heat works but place looked like a dope house Dirty holes in walls and doors the door into the room looked like it has been kicked in towl rod was laying on the floor no coffee pot in room no cups or containers for ice or anything the room felt like i was on a movie that wad taking place in a dope house
