Well mauntcould use some updating

Pool was cloudy the entire stay. One hot tub was not on service and they other one was so dirty the first day they just covered it and never opened it back up. Towels were not full size bath towels. Our sliding doors to the balcony were very cloudy and hard to see through. Also, the pictures on the website make it appear the restaurant is open. It is not and hasn't been fur sometime. We stayed here because we needed an elevator but would not stay here again. It is very close to the boardwalk.

Very run down hotel, very dated. The owners need to invest in the property upkeep and quality of the towels and bedding as well as supplies in the rooms with kitchens, we had no forks or spoons and only a couple knives. Cleanliness is an issue, I’m not sure if it’s lack of staff and their time but the whole property could be cleaner and kept up better. The housekeeping staff are doing the best they can with what they have. It is not the quality of their work, our housekeeper was so sweet and working hard, it is the owners not keeping the property maintained. The location to the boardwalk is great and the beach is great, as always.

The rooms were so run down and dirty.

The room is very outdated however very clean. I brought some cleaning products for the hotel room and didn't need it. It smelt clean as soon as we entered. The first room had a full size fridge a table with 2 chairs, Microwave, coffee maker and a full size bed. The next room had an open concept closet with some old rusty hangers, bathroom sink with a decent size counter space enough for 3 people's "stuff" and off of this room was the bathroom with full size bath tub toilet. It was just enough. As you walk further past the sink there is a bedroom with 2 full size beds, a 6 drawer dresser and desk combo. From this bedroom is the balcony. The pool is on the 3rd floor. it had ample lounge chairs 2 jacuzzis (only one was working) I did not go in because it looked so dirty. there was a grey line all around it. The pool was very nice and big. there is only one ladder in and out of the pool though, the last step was broken. If you have any knee issues you might not find this comfortable. Off the pool there was a nice patio area with 2 BBQ grills and 3 tables with umbrellas. It was nice. The parking was ample. The second floor has maybe 25 spots but the first floor had more than enough. Was it perfect NO, but for $166 per night, it was clean and defiantly convenient.

Très mal propre, nous avons du aller acheter du désinfectant et des nouveau draps. Matelas ultra dégeu. Poils partout dans la salle de bain. Déchet au sol autour des lits. NE JAMAIS ALLER À CET ENDROIT!

Love the staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping couldn't be any nicer. I love the location. Just far enough away from all the crowds, just close enough for the boardwalk/pier nights. You are 1/2 block from the boardwalk.

The only part I didn’t like has to do with Expedia how Expedia over charged me $105. The stay after taxes/fees was actually $596 the hotel manager showed me and I paid $701 to Expedia. The hotel said if I just called them directly I would’ve paid $596 total and not $701 so idk why I paid Expedia $105 for nothing when they are supposed to be a cheaper deal app makes no sense. Probably won’t use Expedia anymore and would like an explanation of why I paid $105 to Expedia messed up

Close 2 beach, shops, rides

Worst place i ever stayed at sat TV froze every 10 seconds or lost signal lost power at midnight in the morning I went to office and they said they would check the brakes they reset it we had power for 10 minutes then lost it again the reset it and it went back off after 5 minutes we had to leave the hotel and try to find another so my wife and I could take showers and get ready for the day I ask them for some of my money back and they said the manager would call me when he got in.he never called Horrible place stay away

Great place to stay close to boardwalk

Very close to the beach and boardwalk There seems to be nobody at the desk ever!

The pool only had a ladder no steps so I couldn't have use and eould not have stayed here if I new that jacuzzi was dirty and the other one was broken staff was friendly helpful and nice and a very convenient location it's not a bad place just needs a little tlc

On a 100 degree day the AC was ice cold . Coming in from the boardwalk it was great to be able to cool off and relax. The hot tub and pool need to be maintained better and cleaned more than one time a day. By mid day both were full of sand . Only one hot tubs was functional. The bubbles in that hot tub were scuzzy brown . Would have liked to use both the pool and hot tubs but did not due to the dirty condition they were in.

Loved the location Two of the three rooms I reserved needed maintenance. One room the air conditioner was not working and we were in a heat wave. The second room leaked from the bathroom above us for two days. The water faucet in the tub also leaked. The towels were flimsy. The kitchen was poorly stocked. No coffee cups. A single pan with no lid. Also there were leaks in the lobby- (“ from the air conditioning “ )towels and buckets in the sitting area.

LOVED THE PATIO AND TERRACE FACING THE OCEAN THE INTERNET INDICATED THERE WAS AN ADJACEENT RESTAURANT WHICH WE EXPECTED TO BE OPERATIONAL.

Very loud kids about 30 in the pool playing football. I was hit 3xs with it. Then the kids played tag running around the building till 1am. Didn't know they had a loud band play till 230am
