Pros: location to boardwalk, balcony, view from balcony, ample parking, clean pool. For the price per night, go to Boloro next door or any other hotel, online pictures look way better than what it actually is! Do yourself a favor and pass on this outdated and dirty hotel!!!!!

The location of this property was pretty good. The bath water constantly ran and could not be turned off. The sliding door to the balcony was broken and had to be forced open. The pillow cases were duvet covers and were pretty gross. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was filthy. I wouldn't walk around the room without shoes on because the floor looked dirty and gross.

View was the best part That and easy walk to the boardwalk/beach area Dirty used bathroom, with stains title cracked and hair on sink, visible broken furniture that was unusable. The toilet seat was broken The bedsheets were stained and used w hair left on them. Garbage used water bottles and debris/trash w a dead bug behind both beds. No hot water . Locks didn’t function properly on front nor to the deck. No pillow cases for any of the pillows. Noise from workers every hour until 2:30am. Only 9 channels on TV. Everything was so run down and not cared for. They need to renovate.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view was awesome, if you wake up early enough you could see the sun rise(6 floor) . Rooms were spacious. The rooms could use updating, and fresh paint but overall it's not bad. The view definitely makes up for the need to update the rooms.

The bathroom tub was dirty so no one could shower. We enjoyed the pool area but the chairs were outdated and uncomfortable. We did however have the ability to check in early which was nice for us

I loved how close to the boardwalk it was Well there are multiple things the night time staff with a heavy man to spoke English was very rude. Wouldn’t give eye contact to his guest if something was wrong. I was stuck in my room for 45mins because I recently asked for a new key. He didn’t believe my husband when he went down to tell him I was stuck in the front room with the balcony. We ask for a refund for the night instead they moved us to a room that air conditioning was terrible.

We loved the spacious room and the balcony with a view of the ocean and boardwalk. Location was very good. Front desk was helpful. This was a great value for our family with a kitchen, 3 beds in 2 rooms, lots of space for hanging clothes and wet items. Had a great parking spot. Close to the boardwalk.

Needs alot of updating, had problems with the toilet not flushing, TV didn’t work, tub didn’t drain well, and the towels were super small only my daughter could use them. Location is perfect, pool was great. Staff was nice.
