Beach Terrace Motor Inn

Close to the boardwalk and where child was playing soccer Water ran from faucet all night. No hot water in the shower. Bed were just in a wooden box

I'd love to stay here next time ...a awesome beach experience

The hotel is old and showing. The room was big. There was a fridge and a microwave. I had a leaky toilet and they fixed it immediately. The pool only has one way in and out. Children abused the hot tub. Walking distance to popular boardwalk ramp.

We stayed here in 2017, 2018, 2019 and now again in 2026. Absolutely nothing has changed, other than the attached restaurant was no longer open. This place may not have fancy updates but it has absolutely everything you need at reasonable prices, and in walking distance to the boardwalk!

Comfortable stay!!!!

The 8th floor view was amazing, the beds are tops tier comfort, very clean. Love to go again. The shower water was weak the shower pressure was terrible, with an old outdated shower head. and the water switches from hot to cold every 5 seconds no matter where to turn the temperature nuzzle. the toilet seat one side was broken, didn't bother with it. That's all I didn't like about it

Literally the only good thing was the location Shower didnt work, desk clerk rude and unattentive, the bed had sand in the sheets when we got there so it was dirty from people before, shower was gross, rooms are run down, noisey the whole time, pool was freezing, towels are tiny and thin and worn...just gross

the price is reasonable, the location is good, and there is an elevator. The restaurant included in the listing is closed, the room footings were worn, and the fittings need repair.

We love the location. The parking is great. The elevator is fast and clean. I wish there were more tables by the pool and some plants or flowers for staging. Also the pool needs stairs

The proximity to the boardwalk

Close to the beach. Good view from the balcony. The bar and lounge wasn't open . No dining room.

How close it was to the beach and boardwalk Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign to ring the bell if you need assistance. That would have been great, but there was no bell to ring. We waited awhile and finally had to call the hotel to ask for someone to come to the desk, so we could check in. The room just seemed old, outdated, and not very clean. We walked by on a different day, as they were changing HVAC filters and they looked like they hadn’t been changed in months. They were so dirty. The two employees we did talk to were friendly, but we won’t be back because of our overall experience this time. It’s sad, because we have been coming to this hotel for years.

This is my favorite place to stay.. its always a great staff and my room always ready..Great location

Then the seagulls were literally living in the pool A family from the 6th floor threw actual spoons of tuna into the pool and hot tub while my kids were down there including my autistic 6 year old! Getting the seagulls to attack!! The first night so much banging and yelling at 3am above us. The last night, there was a huge argument w kids crying for their mom and I fires drunk family all around. The place was close to everything so that was a plus!

I love the location of this hotel. only a block from the boardwalk makes it so kid friendly. The staff were amazing, even treating people without a room with respect. I did not like that they only had one elevator working at the time we were there. It makes it hard when there are 8 floors. I did not like that the room wasn't very sound proof, you could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms.

Bring shower towels. We've stayed here a few times now and that was literally the only thing they never had available was more then one towel. Other then that small setback everything was well worth it and we plan on staying again next month for my daughter's birthday!

They have alotta of parking.
