Spacious rooms too

Great location with friendly staff and only a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk. room was very big with a lounge and dining area separate from the bedrooms with a door, we also had a balcony and a set of chairs for it. also appreciated having a full size refrigerator with a freezer too. the couch in the lounge area was also a pull out bed which we didn't need to use this time but in future trips with more people would be helpful. it was also very easy to get in contact with staff when the office was still closed, will definitely be returning!

We stayed three nights. Good location, staff, super friendly, helpful one asked.

Completely unacceptable. No words really needed. It seems there is a mold issue somewhere, I suffered from mold exposure bad in the past and now everytime I feel my chest hurt in a place it seems to feel the same way it did when I had mold exposure symptoms.

The girl at the desk was so nice & helpful great location the size of the room was great only cons was no mirror in living area & not enough lighting & plugs to charge phones

Just an old motel with really uncomfortable beds

Even though the motel is old, it is well maintained and very clean. The bed was comfortable and located very close to the boardwalk( around 2 blocks)

There were these little gnats flying around the room. Also the AC unit is right next to the bed. It was cold and kept me up, while the bathroom was warm.

Very clean and updated room. We were very happy with our stay.

Motel was absolutely disgusting. The sink water was brown, there were bugs on the floor, mildew smell, and bed sheets had stains.

The pool at the 5th floor have amazing view for the drons show.

Very good location. About two blocks from the Boardwalk. Our room was situated down a weird corridor that led to our door. Just our room. The room was very clean with enough towels for the two of us. There was a microwave and apartment-sized refrigerator and included AC that we were able to adjust ourselves. I would note that there was no closet or hangers available in our room. It was a pretty basic room. Just two beds, nightstand in between, and a bureau with a TV and the microwave on top. There is an ice machine on the ground floor. We had a balcony with two chairs and a small table that had a view of the Boardwalk/Beach. We sat out on the balcony in the evening and listened to the band "Animal House" play at the Old City Pub. Great music! The outdoor rooftop pool is on the 5th floor, plus two bathrooms and tables, chairs, and grills to use. It was nice to experience the pool after a warm day at the Air Show and Food & Music Festival. Plenty of lounge chairs available. We received one Parking Tag for our entire stay but there is plenty of street parking available in front of the Motel. The Staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed ourselves!

Very nice hotel. Very clean and lots of room. Nice pool area. Only part I didn’t care for is the parking spots are very narrow… you really had to squeeze in the spots . Other than that, a great place to stay..,

They have done a nice job updating an older structure. We really enjoyed having a patio, parking and elevator. We would have liked to have black out curtains, a coffee maker in the room and a lamp with charging outlets. The property is close to the ocean and the staff is very helpful and polite.

Need a safety bar in shower and larger parking spots.

Always a great stay when we visit, our 4th time this year!! Pool is great! Parking is never an issue! New Management this year & they were very accommodating. BBQ grills & accessories were always clean & ready to use. ... just wish the shower didn't squeal when you turned on the hot water ... honestly, the ONLY complaint... overall, it was a wonderful stay again this year!

Very spacious room with a lovely private balcony. We had a wonderful time. The only downside is the parking spots are pretty narrow, and some people are a bit inconsiderate about parking too close/ over the line.
