Place was filthy, towels were dirty, shower was moldy, sheets were dirty.

Needs some tlc

I had low expectations for this place because of the price, but the pics looked good enough to give it a try. This was one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in. Staff was great though.

This hotel is horrible. It’s in serious need of work. It was so dirty we bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the bathroom that was falling apart. The bathroom leaked .We had to go out and purchase sheets, quilts and towels because they were dingy and dirty. We informed the guy at the front he offered money back and told us to leave but where could we go so late after a long drive .Never again

Needed to buy cleaning supplies for the room and cleaned myself after we checked in. Hot tub was never on or hot all week. Was also charged an additional 200 when I checked in on top of getting charged for an extra adult when it was 2 adults one child. Was charged 3 adults 1 child but didn't notice that until mid week.

The property needs a lot of updating! Needs to be painted and cleaned. The bathroom especially, the towels were so worn out. Nice pool and great location near the boardwalk.

My husband’s mirror was hit sometime overnight and the person who did it didn’t even have the courtesy of saying anything to anyone or to the staff. Just common courtesy. As far as the pool/Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi water was colder than the pool water. And it was FREEZING!! The rooms were nice for older rooms. Apparently people also live there year round for very minimal money. The bathroom was clean but the soap holder could use a little extra scrubbing. And they do not give you enough towels to shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay again for a last minute overnight trip. Luckily the beach is only a block away so you can avoid the pool that only had small kids and no parents outside watching them. We were also told that the pool gets rowdy late at night because there’s no lifeguard ever and the pool is open all night. Luckily it rained hard last night so we didn’t have to listen to the adults partying all night long.

Rooms need a thorough deep clean. We asked for clean towels after it rained in both doors, none were received. We only had been given one wash cloth, 4 towels and a bath mat. There were ants in the kitchenette. TV didn't work in the one room and furniture is heavily worn. I think the place has a lot of potential, but we noticed many guests leaving their trash all over. Staff were very friendly.

Private balcony was the best feature of the room we got two rooms the King Sweet has kitchen more spacious but no private balcony only a couple blocks off the boardwalk the rooms could definitely use a couple more outlets for the phone chargers

The check in process was smooth and fast the gentleman who check us in was very cordial and welcoming. I would book again.

I liked that all the staff always was polite, the front desk person is a very nice person, is very helpful and always have a good attitued when we request information or we ask a question. I didn't like that there is only 2 grills and you have to wait a lot of time to use it. Also I didn't like that the jacuzzi had a sign that it wasn't safe to use it. Also on our last day someone puke on the pool and they didn't clean it fast. Also the wifi is very slow. The beds sheet looked used and it had sand on them. The cleaning ladies only picked up the garbage and they didn't sweep the floors or clean the table.

Location Everything about this place is wrong, the staff is rude. The place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. And I have travelled the world.

Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. The pubic hair, wet stains on bed, liquor bottles left over, trash it was unbelievable how disgusting this was. This building should not be allowed to be open. Not about the motel as much, but it seemed like teenagers ruled the roost. Some people were very loud outside our door. The emergency stairs smelled like someone peed in it.

Room was dirty. Linen had dried blood.

The elevator was grossly maintained. Trash in the lobby. The room was just awful. It did smell good, but oh yuck. I apologized to my family. Dirt, old OLD furniture, the loudest air conditioner I’ve ever witnessed. The towels are so old, the bed linens are crusty. Just awful. Stay away!
