Paradise Inn

The shower was absolutely clean and the most amazing shower I have ever taken LOL. I took two a day I’m not kidding. Front desk staff was overwhelmed but it wasn’t their fault- Hotels.com screwed up a few of our reservations but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The staff even was very firm to the Hotel.com person on the phone which seemed to work haha and rectified our room reservations immediately. I only had to wait 30 mins for linen. Pool was very clean they clean every morning before opening. Will be going back next work trip or vacation. Great price and location too.

I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Inn

As of this date I have received no response to the letter, information and request for refund that was forwarded to you. I have never been provided with such unkempt accommodations. The beds had to be stripped due to immense soiling and the replacement bedding (which we had to make up) was not acceptable either, generally the fixtures were worn, the bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty, the ice machine delivered keyboard sheets of ice and had no instrument to retrieve the ice, a 2" gap existed under the entrance door from the main walkway balcony and the noise from other guests continued late into the night.

I like that it was really close from the boardwalk. I also like how friendly was the owner. The room was unfortunately not really clean. Mostly just the bathroom. The shower was not clean and has hair into it but other wise the bed ect was really clean.

I would definitely stay again

Chose this place thinking it had basic amenities but sadly none of this was true. Front desk staff member was rude from the start. The wifi never worked which meant there was no tv. When we complained, there was a haphazard attempt to address the issue, but it felt like they didn't really care. The room we booked promised a kitchenette but there was only a mini fridge and a dirty microwave. The facility decided to loudly power wash the steps and walkways during the middle of the day without warning and thus water, dirt, and noise was flying everywhere. The parking was limited and the tight squeeze meant park at your own risk. We were promised a parking pass for street parking, but the manager was reluctant to give it us because they had to eat the cost if we used it. One night we were promised that there would be parking available when we returned late one night but upon our return, there was no parking and the front office was closed. We were forced to park on the street at our own risk. The only good thing is the guy at the front helped us get our bags to the second floor. When we tried to tip him, he refused and said to just leave a good review. Sadly, they won't get one. This place was the worst. Will never go back!

We found old candy wrappings shoved in shelves. Basically seemed like the rooms were swapped and beds made. We have a 1 night stay. To walk in to sleep after driving 3 and half hours and see a dusty fridge and wrappers all over made us upset. Would not recommend.

This hotel is extremely small, and the parking lot is very cramped, making it difficult to park. To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was very clean. Amenities were being maintained and clean. Pool was crystal clear. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was great. We arrived early and the man let us hang out, gave us drinks, really nice!

It was close to the boardwalk and included free parking in the stay. They also let us park the car in the lot a few hours early to go to the beach. Staff was very polite and courteous. Pool was clean and accessible throughout the day and night. Room was very tidy and clean. The plug connecting the tv/fridge/microwave was finicky and could not turn on. It needed the maintenance guy to fix. AC kept shutting off even after disabling sleep mode. The fuse to the burners broke and we could not use them for cooking after turning both of them on. Maintenance guy did not return to fix it, so we only had the microwave for the rest of the night.

Good renivated rooms. The walkin bathroom is great.
