An incident happened at the poolside bar where my son was charged twice by the bartender. He signed the charge slip then handed the barmaid cash to pay his bill. At no point did the barmaid ever say Hey, you already paid your bill with your card and kept $92 cash as a tip when that was not my son's intention.

Convenience to the boardwalk It said it was it was handicap accessible, but it wasn’t the only thing it was was that it was on the first floor. The bathroom had nothing for handicap people in it you could not even fit a wheelchair through the door. It was a disgrace to advertise as accessible, but it’s not also the pool could’ve used a little bit more cleaning

Elevator, pools indoor and outdoor, great tiki bar outside blue water grille inside. The sauna was great hottubs were working well. Live music everyday during the day and then from the near by bar in the evening. Old city pub had great food 2 .inute walk away alot of good stuff to talk about here. Also the indoor pool area was very warm which would be nice in the offseason. My only thing i want to make clear is there is rooms in the building and rooms on the side outside of the building so make sure you are in the building if not you will do alot of walking to get to the ammenities.

First off this is not a 5 star resort! What it is is a reasonable and fairly decent place to stay. The hotel is very lively and theres always something happening! The room we had was a suite, which was very basic and reasonably clean. If you get the 2 double bed suite it is really tight and the lighting is awful to non existent. In summary, we had a good stay, but there's certainly room for improvement. On another note, the food is decent at the restaurant!l and the drinks are cold and tasty.

The bar was a very good feature and there was alot of nice employees , whether it be man or woman they were all respectful They let a drunk lady talk to me but that’s okay it wasn’t a big deal , but I wouldn’t had let her come around the bar even tripping and stumbling especially if they are making other guests irritated or uncomfortable.
