Seaport Oasis

The space of the 3 bedroom condo was perfect for my family. Pool/grill area very nice. The furniture was stained. King bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Many Kids taking over the hot tub even though they weren't allowed (no one to monitor). Many extra fees added. There's an extra $200+ fee if you want sheets on the beds and towels, and there's a $300 cleaning fee. However, you are instructed to sweep floors, remove all garbage, and wipe all surfaces prior to checkout, so I don't really think a $300 fee is fair. I followed instructions because I did not want to lose the $500 security deposit, which is required prior to check-in as well. I stayed for 3 nights, which cost approx 3k. I personally didn't feel it was worth the price and would not stay here again.

This property was in a great location and beautiful I think linen should be included in stay.

There was an amazing hot tubs but there were too many kids in the hot tub. Could relax and enjoy so quiet time with friends.

The place also was bare bones- truly have to bring everything. For an expensive price point. Very disappointed

It was very clean and the property was well maintained. The fridge was not working properly upon arrival.

This location was impeccable. The pool and splash pad were so nice and convenient for my family. The leasing manager was responsive and had great communication. We had a pin pad issue for the garage and a toilet flushing issue for the powder room and both were solved quickly. The common space was roomy and the deck was a great resource that was used for morning coffee and late night cocktails. The biggest negatives for me - the walls were kinda dirty (because their white and prob just hand smudges and suitecase bumps) and everyone has the same check out time with 4 condos using the same stair way. Thats not really uncommon but it was alittle congested. I loved my stay over-all and even with the higher price-tag, i would love to book again.

There was a nice pool. Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage space is very tight. The AC didn't work, they claimed to have repaired it but it still didn't work. The beach/boardwalk is a little bit of a hike and if you have small children is a hassle. Check out is at 10 a.m. We requested a later check out for 11 or 12 and we were told it wouldn't be possible due to the unit needing to be cleaned for the next guests. I then received a text message from the property manager at 11 pm stating there was an option for a 6:30 pm check out the next day for an additional $300.

Convenient 5-8 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. The place itself could be really nice however with how they clean /dont clean i see it getting run down in the next few years . Definitely spacious, pool decent to The place wasn't clean. Toliets with actual poop stains still in it, crumbs on the beds, someone hair in the shower, , hair on the floor. Feet were actually black if you didnt wear shoes. (Bring slippers!) They charge a 400$ fee for "cleaning" which is ridiculous for what was not actually clean. The other gross part of not being clean is that if you buy the linens package for $260- you have to remove all the "linens" but you have to keep the blanket/comforter on the beds.... meaning they 100% do not wash those and you could tell. So I recommend bringing all of your own. They charge alot and alot of extra when you pretty much have to do all the work. - bringing out the trash, empty garbage cans, remove all bedding minus the comforter, drop off keys , etc. This place could be really nice if someone just cleaned it right and took care of/ kept up on it. Especially for the price I was disappointed with my black feet and dirty bathrooms when I had to do all the "work".

It has all that we need , nice kitchen, nice living room... The location is good, the pool with a hot water super ? ? good .

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and spacious, parking was easy and the location was nice. One downside, I stepped on glass in the pool on the first day. Luckily it was a small piece but I'm afraid there may have been more.
