Seaport Oasis

This location was impeccable. The pool and splash pad were so nice and convenient for my family. The leasing manager was responsive and had great communication. We had a pin pad issue for the garage and a toilet flushing issue for the powder room and both were solved quickly. The common space was roomy and the deck was a great resource that was used for morning coffee and late night cocktails. The biggest negatives for me - the walls were kinda dirty (because their white and prob just hand smudges and suitecase bumps) and everyone has the same check out time with 4 condos using the same stair way. Thats not really uncommon but it was alittle congested. I loved my stay over-all and even with the higher price-tag, i would love to book again.

It has all that we need , nice kitchen, nice living room... The location is good, the pool with a hot water super ? ? good .

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and spacious, parking was easy and the location was nice. One downside, I stepped on glass in the pool on the first day. Luckily it was a small piece but I'm afraid there may have been more.

I liked the pool the view was beautiful and the kids pool was great for our kids.The hot tub was great and it was relaxing Everything was great but the main bedd was a bit small.But everything was good and relaxing

Description on booking said 3 beds and 3 baths but really 3 beds and 2-1/2 baths. Had to upgrade to get extra full bathroom and the 3 beds were a condo one floor not like the pictures in the listing which were of the townhome that has two three floors. Linens were not provided and had to clean the unit before leaving else charged fees, but charged other fees prior to arrival? Air conditioning unit close to window of bedroom and music sometimes loud and on late?

We liked the size of the unit. The check in process was not great, we had to drive around and wait for a code after 3pm. They wouldn't tell us the number so we could at least park. There were a few things that were broken upon arrival that we reached out to maintenance for. The facilities were great but would be nice if the pool/hot tub were open a little later.

Wonderful amenities but the walk not so much. Not located to close to the boardwalk maybe 4 block but for me that is a lot.

Beautiful, clean and spacious Linens were not included and an extra expense when price was already high.

location, amenities, excellent pool. kitchen fully functional, with good refrigerator. the bathrooms are clean. the bedrooms were not dingy with sufficient lights. no bed sheets, and the mattresses were dirty. we went to Walmart the next day to get bed sheets and toiletries. our fault of not reading the fine lines for not bringing our bedsheets. pool hours are very limited.

Short stroll to the beach. The unit is so under equipped! Not enough forks, glasses, plates, etc for our party. No curtains!!! No trash bags, yet we're in charge of bringing the bins to the curb. Frustrating considering the rates asked, for such basic items. There's a TV in every room however, if you're into that!

Bedroom dresser was broken

I've stayed at Oasis last summer, and this Summer. I like the Townhouse Layout, and the easy of access to the recreational area. Summer 2023 the Pool was heated. Everything was brand new in 2023. 2024 we stayed in the Condo, I very much enjoyed the balcony area. The Location is a bit off from the beach, however we enjoyed it being next to the little ice-cream shop on the corner. Pricing aside Oasis is one of the more upscale locations to stay regarding wildwood if you have a larger family an aren't looking to be trapped in the motel experience. 2024 was not as great at 2023. It seemed that wear and tear has taken its toll since the opening. We noticed minor damage to the Condo open entrance. Walls and Doors, as it if were a college dorm to a degree. The recreational area was a bit worse for wear with some of the grills not functioning. The Pool was no longer heated, and their was a bit more commotion from college age kids. (Minor things, but they add up when compared to 2023) We ended up not using the pool this year. We probably would have stayed in the townhouse again this year had the price been more affordable.

The condo had good space. Lots of room inside. Not too far from the boardwalk. Own parking garage. Nice size patio. While the condo was pretty, it was dirty. Towels from previous guests were on our patio. The floors were dirty. The garage is nice to park two vehicles but it is small and snug. Very hard to maneuver. We heard every footstep and sound from the guests above us. The beds were not the most comfortable. Had to bring own sheets, towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. - just a lot of extra things that should be included for the price. The pool area and water was dirty. The grill area was nice but grills had knobs that were broken. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the area but likely won't return to this property.

NOTE: Even though on booking.com it says that you will be refunded $750 after checking out, this is NOT THE CASE. Do not book through the site expecting to be refunded that money. When I questioned it, I was sent a copy of my invoice and was told I wasn't charged a $750 damage fee and therefore would not receive anything back. Very misleading and very disappointing as it literally says it's refundable on booking.com.
