Spark by Hilton Wilkes Barre

Superb

The room was clean and the people who clean the rooms were very polite The front desk staff was Hit or Miss I paid for a room for 4 people for 2 nights and 3 days so we could celebrate my grand daughters birthday. So we asked if she could swim , and I offer to pay... they said No absolutely not were very rude about, as we are coming around the corner to get on the elevator I almost step in a pile of dog poop, which was between the elevator and breakfast area. The pillows were terrible, the pool and hot tub were not clean and had dirt stains were the water lines are. Also there was hair in the shower.. I loved the location but even that won't ever bring me back after watching my two or old granddaughter cry because she couldn't swim :(

Free breakfast amd the beds were comfortable and clean. 1 elevator to go up and down to the rooms and lobby

Exceptional

Air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Carpet felt damp. Everything else was ok. Room was clean.

The pool and hot tub were lovely!

Comfortable room. Clean and roomy. Breakfast was lack-luster. The eggs and sausage were not real. The oranges were old and some of them were moldy. It's OK to throw them away.

Everything great. The only issue is that the building has only one elevator so you might have to wait for it at peak hours. Will book here again next time!

Convenience Hot tub was not working properly No one working breakfast area. No creamer no cups out of food

We were so impressed on how neat and modern everything was and the rooms were very nice with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs and chicken sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt with toppings and fruit! We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

ok everything ok

Bad

Great location; many restaurants and casino Some rooms are affected by truck noise

Amazing

We were going to the track for the day and it is less than a mile away. Clean, well priced, okay gym, parking was well lit. But to us the most important was it was clean.

Wonderful stay

Very good

From the time I checked into my room there was an audible sound of either a television or radio that kept me from getting any sleep. I tried two times to get someone on staff to investigate but no resolution to the problem. I even got dressed and went to the front desk to ask the night attendant to do something. No action. When you are a paying customer, I would think one should expect a minimal level of noise in your room, especially after any quiet hours. That should include the staff trying to resolve a loud noise coming from someone else's accommodations. I will not stay at a Spark by Hilton or any other Hilton facility in the future.

Nice hotel Breakfast a bit disappointing
