Nice hotel , with very good workers

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, breakfast was surprisingly good.

Never came to clean my room. I’m not used to that. I used my cleat every day I book for handicap room. They did not give me a handicap. They gave it to the first handicap that came, but I had my book for several weeks. The pool wasn’t working. That’s the main reason I booked this hotel.

Breakfast was good, hot tub was was hot enough and the swimming pool was heated, this hotel had a rentalvation done since the last time I was here in 2023, it was great even then, they also have a gym, plenty of parking all around the building and lots of restaurants around in the area

Pleasant overnight stay.

A family member and I both got rooms here. The location near the highway was super convenient. My relative had a room at ground level facing the highway and noticed a bit of road noise at night (truck brakes). I had no such problem on the third floor--high enough above the highway that any highway noise seemed like very distant white noise and did not disturb me at all. The air conditioning fan was a little loud, but that also ended up being nice white noise. My relative appreciated the accessibility features in the bathroom--rails by the toilet, etc. The hotel itself was quiet, the beds were super comfortable, and I slept well. The continental breakfast made it an even better value. Nice that there was some protein (such as hard boiled eggs), and there was some decent fruit and a variety of other breakfast foods. The coffee was good, and they offered real half-and-half. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Wilkes-Barre!

The hot breakfast meals were not available till next weekend but had enough with the bagels, cereal, and instant oatmeal. the vanilla yogurt had a weird after taste but the condiments were perfect (walnuts, craisins etc). Check in was very easy. My daughters room didn't have the sheets for the pullout bed and the service people were not available to bring her them so had to go down to the front desk to get them. which wouldn't be a problem but being a single mom had to ask someone else to get them so she didn't have to bring her children with her.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. They keep everything very clean, the rooms, the pool area and the kitchen area. The staff is great and they text you often to make sure your stay is going good. They asked how we were doing in a text and we needed extra towels, so I sent that to them and within 10 minutes they handed us towels. Just very good service all together.

The facility was almost brand new, as a result it was extremely clean. The front desk was excellent. We called with a noise issue with the room above us, which they solved quickly. There was an alarm issue outside the hotel, not sure if it was a car in parking lot or off property, while not terribly load, it was certainly noticeable. It went on long after we went to sleep.

Location, pricing, cleanliness and their breakfast. The woman who worked the pm shift had an attitude when we came to the front desk to get a few extra pillows. It was as if we were bothering. We were told earlier we had to get them ourselves and that’s what we did.

Need for two elevators was very apparent. Or a set of centrally located stairs. Also, the breakfast was skimpy to say the least.

Nice clean gym. No shampoo in the dispenser.

Everything was good except the top blanket on my bed had some stains. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a new set.
